Zeus-community.net is a mature West European ArmA3 milsim community, branching out into space.
We play in an organised manner with good command and control utilising military style radio comms over teamspeak and ingame voip.

Manifesto
Non anal structure e.g no “Ensign”, “Admiral” etc
No calling anyone “Sir”, m8 is the preferred choice.
There is of course administration roles, but apart from that everyone is equal
We wont be accepting young people
You also need a sense of humour and a thick skin.
Charter
As a mature individual, you should not need a set of guidelines and rules as to how one should behave in social circles.
Coming from different cultures, nationalities and backgrounds it’s inevitable that clashes will occur. Not everyone has the same sense of humour. However, you are expected to have a thick skin and a sense of humour. If you haven’t, you shouldn’t be joining an on-line group.
