While we can’t accept further requests for account changes, we will leave the shipping form active in your My Account area until we have caught up. For late-comers without customer service issues this means you will make it in to the production run. If you have already submitted your form and would like to change your information, add a T-shirt, upgrade your card with further pledges or add a metal enhancement to Bronze or Silver cards you will be able to do so until we are finished with the customer support queue. We will let you know when the form will be taken down.

Yay, the Vanduul is goinf to be FRONT HINGED (even though I think that the pictured example is actually REAR-HINGED). Anyway, this is how I wanted the Vanduul to look like – a bird of prey with its maw open waiting to swallow its pilot and become one with him!

if you don’t find it there, you either don’t have pledged for a package that contains a citizen card (did you pledge for a “digital” package? in that case there is no card…) and/or you don’t have any t-shirts in your basket.
if both of the above is not true, you should contact support. but keep in mind that they have a huge backlog of mails to go through, so it might take some time for them to get back at you.

I think all of the stretch goals just mentioned “increased community updates” or something like that but no concrete info on scheduled live video shows or anything along those lines.

Awesome, I can’t wait to get cruisin’ in my Freelancer (hopefully the heavy version, wink-wink-nudge-nudge). Also, that Vanduul ship, though undeniably cool-looking, must have a wonky thruster arrangement to be able to fly straight; will that one be able to enter planetary atmospheres at all?

Just to make sure I’m giving some feedback: I’m loving the heavier build the Freelancer is taking now. Makes me more confident in using the ‘lancer as my dedicated exploration/armed recon vessel.

I think you’ll find that for the concept work, the artists are free to use whatever software they are comfortable with.

But as a off topic question : First hackers (apparently from China) hacked FACEBOOK and now APPLE !! both insane big firms, and should have the best of the best protection, and still they got hacked. Really hope RSI do everything and yes i mean EVERYTHING to protect all it’s customer’s private information / credit card / usernames / passwords and such. And of course, even more important all your own Star Citizen source code
