Service Status: Delayed Response Times

The Player Relations team would like to inform you that the queues have spiked, as per tradition with a major sales event. If you have made a ticket, we will be sure to attend to it as soon as possible. Please avoid creating duplicate tickets, as this will not gain a faster response.
