'D4GGER' was one of the refugees originally fled from Kentares IV after the massacres within one of its capitol cities.Then after some years being a member within the NAIS Lucious Degarr decided to try his luck with a brand new Avenger he got as present when leaving the institute as an independent bounty hunter and sometimes mercenary.
