I was born on a pilgrim ship in 2916 somewhere between the Perry Line and Han Nebula. The only memory I have of my parents is encased in this one photograph I have of them. I think they were nice people, peaceful settlers - at least that's what my imagination made of them. I never got to know them. Maybe those people in the photograph aren't even my parents.
Perry Packers took me away from them when I was a baby, and raided the colonization ship. They killed everyone and took the children to train them to be slaves. Life with the packers was horrible. Ten years I lived with them, constantly terrified and asking myself when the next punishment would come.
