By this Cesser Order I demand my Yankee "American" Vessel be restored to her rightful beneficial owner, Master Kane; Captain and Senior Master Commander of the Vessel in Commerce in question. By this self executing order I demand ALL Rightful Cargo be freed of its A-LIEN_ED status, Charter Commission be paid out, and returned to the Closest Port of Entry/Port of Call. As the Senior Master/Commander and sole unconditional owner of this Yankee "American" Vessel in Commerce, bearing Diplomatic Titles of Consul and a Quit Claim Deed, in kind, I demand this Cesar Order processed promptly, all cargos and Charters, charges/debts processed into my MK2090 Private "Individual" Bank within MK2090 Estate, and all property/cargos administered via Foreign Situs Master Trust, to exempt any outstanding Tax, Lien, Levy, or other Implied Liability from which my beneficial ownership, Titles, and Status render me EXEMPT!! CEASE. AND. FUCKING. DESIST..
