Manifesto

Charter

Article 1

Section 1
Members of the collective have the upmost authority on their health and safety, votes may not be
initiated to force members to do something they are not comfortable with. However, Members
may use their vetoes to stop all pressure.

Section 2
Affiliation with The Collective falls into three categories listed in descending order, member,
friend, and associate.

Section 2a
Only members have the full ability to vote and veto. They have the full powers granted to them
by this document.

Section 2b
Collective friends only have the ability to vote. Their vote however cannot be used to break ties
or change outcomes of votes.

Section 2c
Collective friends cannot vote on changes to this document.

Section 2d
Collective associates have no vote. Although they are allowed to discuss and debate issues that
may come up.

Section 3
Peoples joining the collective must be promoted through the tiers. One cannot jump between
ranks.

Section 4
Addition of members to the collective requires a hyper majority vote.

Section 4a
The addition of a member may be vetoed.

Section 4b
With the approval of a simple majority, someone who has been vetoed may write a written
appeal, in an attempt to be reconsidered. There are no limits on appeals.

Section 5
Termination of active full members requires a unanimous decision from the other members.

Article 2

Section 1
Each Member has one executive veto per year. Which is renewed on the first of the calendar
year.

Section 1.1
Executive vetoes can overrule and deny the passage of a collective initiative passed by simple
majority.

Section 1.2
Executive vetoes are nontransferable and un inheritable. Each member may never have more
than one veto a year.

Section 1.3
Vetos may be overruled if ALL members besides the vetoer agree to do so.

Section 1.3a
If one third or more of the members agree they may use their own vetos to overrule, this cannot
take place before a simple vote veto, and may only occur if the aforementioned vote fails with
1/2 or more support.

Section 1.3b
If Collective membership grows above 6, then a vote with 80% of the Collective members in
support can overrule a veto.

Section 1.4
Vetoes must be stated in a coherent way. The statement should include the members name who is
vetoing, and what exactly is being vetoed.

Article 3

Section 1
To pass a resolution only a simple majority is required.

Section 2
Amending this document requires a hyper majority, any changes to this document cannot be
vetoed.

Section 2a
To amend this document members must write their amendment down before proposing it, then
Article 2 section 2 can be followed.

Section 3
To alter this document, or amend a current amendment, the amendment that is changing must be
replaced not rewritten.

Section 3a
Replaced amendments will stay in the document but become invalid, if needed the document
may be reverted with a hyper majority vote without a new proposal being required.
