History

After the governmental and economic crash of 2832. The Ferron system bred generations of freight shippers and miners. People of a new age to take to the stars in the system to use repurposed spacecraft for privatized companies wanting small sensitive packages moved from Ferron I to Ferron III and for the larger vessels out of system to Terra and other heavier populated corse systems.

With the void in the systems government and lack of any real police force other transportation and smuggling companies see Ferron as a viable holding area for goods and refuel locations outside of the core systems areas. With the influx of smugglers and off the book shippers the local companies of the Ferron system the small local companies fear being pushed off their own turf.

The Co-Operative is formed and from the broken ashes of the Ferron system a 3rd generation PMC escort company is born. Ships of all shapes and sizes the sons and daughters of miners and freighters turned into a full blown paramilitary organization specializing in the transportation and protection of sensitive merchandise.
Now branching out into other systems an attracting pilots and crew from all backgrounds and worlds The Co-Operative has been growing in numbers looking to expand into heavy escort and military contract territory.

Manifesto

The Co-operative’s
Mission Statement

Make lasting impacts within the verse.
Maintain positive public image.
Form and maintain alliances with organisations to realize other goals(temporary or long term).
The Co-operative’s focus is Security and freelance work associated with like activities and alliance obligations to other organizations.
Gain foothold in a Sector and secure our position.
Grow to be the best at our focus but maintain manageable numbers so that a board of no more than 5-10 members(to be decided) can keep absolute control.

As goals are met and realized new ones will added, but the above stated will be a constant guiding factor to which the Organization will follow.

Short Term Goals

Start looking into other Organizations that may be used to reach goals as set in #3 of the mission statement.
Research sectors and choose a list of possible candidates for base of operations.
Provide highest quality security in the sector of operations and any undertakings of the members of the organization.

This Document is an ongoing publication that will be altered at times in which any of the Goals or Statements are changed.

Charter

The Co-Operative Charter of Actions and Intentions.

Section 1 Conduct of A Brother

Section 1 A. Behavior of a Brother
(i)ALL Brothers Shall ONLY BE A MEMBER OF OUR CORPORATION. Our methods shall purely be our methods. If you are a Brother you are only a Brother.
(ii)Shall be of a non aggressive nature towards other human beings.
(iii)Shall be at least some what sober at time of login so is to be able to carry out duties. Failure to be at least coherent enough to follow orders and perform will have consequences. (section 8)
(iv)Shall be attentive if a ranking officer is instructing or addressing a Brother.
(v)Brothers WILL NOT discriminate any creed colour, race or sex

Section 1 B. Appearance of a Brother
(i)Shall be in uniform at all times on duty. With the exception of sequestered missions sanctioned within the board.
(ii) A Brothers ship will always be wearing the colour of the corporation.

Section 2 Foreign Policy

Section 2 A Political Policies
(i)We will be a member of PACT essentially we will be a part of the Law Enforcement and responsible for the safety of UEE and its citizens.
(ii)We will not get involved in alien politics. We have no place there to decide. With the exception of Extremus Copious(section 5)
(iii)If a Brother is interested in Politics his ideals will fall in line with the Board and CEO’s ideals to ensure his running for any office in the best interest of the corporation and its Brothers.

Section 2 B Policies on Alien Engagement/Interaction
(i)We WILL NOT OPENLY ENGAGE ALIENS WITHOUT BEING FIRED ON FIRST. Failure to comply will result in section 8. Board can also change the status of engagement in times of dire needs or open war.
(ii)Only Officers and in the absence of an officer Justicars will communicate with Alien races to ensure no misunderstanding is had with our corporation.
(iii)In the case of aligning with an Alien faction the broker of the Alliance shall be in charge of all dealings henceforth with said faction.In his abscence the board will vote in a new diplomat or extend said diplomats privilages to another Brother.

Section 3 Corp Policy

Section 3 A Piracy
(i)WE WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN OPEN PIRACY. Failure to comply will be an immediate Section 8 article (iii).
(ii)If our Brothers discover pirating within the corporation it is to be brought directly to the board for consideration and investigating.

(iii)Any stolen Property found within our Area of Operation shall be dealt with in an according manor dictated by the situation at hand.

Section 4 Board Policy

Section 4 The Board of Brothers
(i)Shall be permanently engraved unless 75% of the board votes no-confidence in said brother. They shall then be removed and sent to another sector of the corporation.
(ii)Selection of the board will be completely handled by the CEO of the corporation
(iii)All Bills, Referendums, Policies, S.O.Ps, R.O.E’s and anything of a political or business nature shall be decided upon by the board and require a 75% majority to pass. Each Board member receives one Vote
(iv)Extremeus Copious In times of open war, Economic turmoil, or threat of security breach within corporation, CEO can absorb all offices and elect the said policy without Board approval
(v)All board members receive one vote each with no exception. In case of a dead vote CEO can veto and be counted as 3 votes.
(vi)All High profile missions and any document or unsanctioned mission cannot be brought back upon the CEO or the board.

Section 6 Economics
(i)Business shall be done in the most ethical way possible.
(ii)Discovery of illegal assets will be brought immediately to be board for consideration and investigation.
(iii)Securement of payment Shall be done in accord to the customers reputation, or allegiance status. And Shall only be handled by the delegated Brother.
(iv)All major investments or high profile security contracts shall be dealt with by a majority vote by the board.

Section 8 Consequences
(i)If a Brother is caught in the act of piracy embezzlement or corporate fraud said brother shall be demoted and fined in accord to the punishment.
(ii)A Brother has 10 days past the day of accusation to either present his case in front of the board for the possibility to overrule the Commanding officers punishment or to take the punishment and carry on with his or her duties.
(iii)If a Brother is caught or accused of espionage or OPEN piracy said brother shall be brought to the board for immediate action. Any Brother not willing to cooperate will be brought in by a security force.
(iv)All hearing and proceedings shall be documented and sent to the boards library for storage.

Section 10 Special Forces
(i)Shall operate under only one commander all other officers ranking or not shall have no Command over spec ops or Brothers there of.
(ii)CEO Shall decide on spec ops capabilities and missions alone no board vote in necessary

(iii)All Spec ops Soldiers WILL OPERATE ON A COMPLETELY NEED TO KNOW BASIS.
(iv)All Court proceedings of spec ops shall be overseen by The CEO and one Exec officer.

Section 12 PACT
(i)Only the appointed PACT Rep Shall EVER DEAL WITH OR DIVULGE anything that happens within PACT.

This Document may be changed at any point, that either the Board decides to with a 75% vote. The CEO may make changes without the boards consideration but, will notify the board of any changes within reasonable time so as any complications coming from said changes may be avoided.
