Costec is a private paramilitary force led by the former legendary Global Elite Costec Gaming™. His successor ACE007 now carries out his will to build Agartha.
We operate a moderately sized armada of combat vessels with the lastest in Azerbaijan Technology™ to support our combat operations.
History

Charter
Article I – Purpose
1.1 The purpose of the organization is to carry out Costec Gaming™‘s will to build Agartha.
Article II – Membership
2.1 Membership in the organization shall be open to all individuals and entities that meet the requirements for membership as outlined in the by the laws of the organization.
2.2 Members shall have the right to participate in the affairs of the organization, including voting and holding office, as provided for in the bylaws of the organization.
2.3 Members can eventually apply for Agarthan citizenship after sufficient service with Costec.
Article III – Board of the wisemen
3.1 The organization shall be governed by the board of wisemen.
3.2 The board of wisemen shall be responsible for the overall direction and the building of Agartha, as provided for in the laws of the organization.
Article IV – Officers
4.1 The officers of the organization shall be CEO, president, vice president, assistant director, manager and employee.
4.2 The officers shall have the duties and responsibilities as provided for in the bylaws of the organization.
Article V – Meetings
5.1 Meetings of the organization shall be held at such times and places as determined by the board of directors.
5.2 Notice of meetings shall be provided to the members in accordance with the bylaws of the organization.
Article VI – Finances
6.1 The organization shall be funded through daily operations, and other sources of revenue will be generated from all activity the organization partakes in.
6.2 The organization shall maintain accurate financial records and shall make such records available for inspection by the members of the organization.
