The Merchants Militant was born in the age of Imperial expansion. Forging new trading routes and protecting their assets by guile, influence and force. Exploration for the sake of new technology and resources. Armed with their credo “ Our sword is profit; Our shield is influence” the Merchants Militant expanded and entrenched themselves in the most lucrative of areas. Protecting their own and watching for the next opportunity to gain. After the fall of the Mad Emperor the Merchants Militant expanded into the area of military arms and engagements. Procurement of arsenals, weapons smiths and Bounty Hunting were just an added influx to the already heavy coffers of the Warrior Tradesmen.
Like the earthborn sharks of ancient times, they smell the blood of profit and power in the dark waters of the Verse.
