The Interstellar Colonization Initiative (ICI) is a multi-role organization dedicated to securing humanity’s future beyond the stars. We believe true expansion requires more than just exploration—it demands collaboration across every discipline. From charting the unknown to constructing settlements, safeguarding our people, transporting vital resources, and pushing the limits of science, ICI brings together specialists of all kinds under one united banner. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: not just to reach new worlds, but to build them.

Research Division

Our scientists and analysts are the pioneers of knowledge. From studying alien environments to developing cutting-edge technologies, the Research Division ensures that our colonies are sustainable, efficient, and prepared for the unknown. If you have a passion for discovery, innovation, or problem-solving, this is where your work shapes the future.

Construction Corps

No colony thrives without a strong foundation. The Construction Corps transforms vision into reality—erecting planetary outposts, orbital stations, and essential infrastructure across the frontier. Engineers, builders, and industrial specialists will find their skills put to use in creating the homes, hangars, and hubs of tomorrow.

Logistics Wing

Expansion is only possible when supplies flow where they’re needed most. The Logistics Wing is the lifeline of ICI, transporting critical resources, equipment, and personnel across the galaxy. Pilots, haulers, and coordinators ensure that no settlement, convoy, or outpost is left unsupported.

Security Division

Every frontier faces risks. The Security Division safeguards our people, convoys, and infrastructure from hostile threats—whether pirates, rival factions, or the dangers of the unknown. Combat pilots, ground forces, and tactical specialists ensure that our mission continues unchallenged.

Medical Division

Life on the frontier is dangerous, and survival depends on those who can heal and protect. The Medical Division stands at the heart of ICI’s humanitarian efforts, providing emergency response, field triage, long-term care, and evacuation support across all operations. From combat medics on the ground to doctors aboard hospital ships, our medical professionals ensure the safety, resilience, and well-being of every colonist and crew member. If you have a steady hand, a compassionate heart, and the drive to save lives, this division is where you make the greatest difference.

Exploration Teams

Before we can build, we must discover. The Exploration Teams venture into uncharted space, mapping hyperspace routes, locating habitable worlds, and uncovering opportunities for expansion. Pathfinders and scouts pave the way for humanity’s next great steps into the stars.

While this organization is a central location for Members, it is also an open community for members of all skill levels to meet, play, learn, and grow. It is our goal to help you with your profession in Star Citizen. Whether you have only just downloaded the game and don’t know how to walk, or you’re a long term veteran, we have a place for you.

When you get your 2 hours free on a weekday, you’re looking for something to do, quick. When you sign up to ICI you can expect daily activity, weekly training sessions, and monthly events.

Reflectant of our history as a cooperative of freelance entrepreneurs, when work is assigned, superiors will afford a certain level of autonomy in your work. Promoting creative, efficient, and fun solutions from all leadership ranks.

We are a group of lawful citizens striving towards a better empire for the interests of The Colony. Ultimately, the initiative is to further the interests of the Colony.

Maintain ICI etiquette
Respect others inside and outside of the org, especially during official org operations
Treat anyone lawful you meet in the verse as if they could be a potential business partner. Our first goal is growth.
Strive to help org members whenever possible

Be nice to each other
Leave bad attitudes at the doorstep, don’t carry it into communication channels. Everybody has bad days, but that doesn’t mean those around you also need to.

Real life comes first
Communicate to someone in charge if you need to take a break, they will understand and it won’t have any negative effect on your org standing.
