History

Anything as a $ervice [Aaa$] is a corporate / criminal confederation which has grown over the last few hundred years from its original humble beginnings as a terran confederation business service into the ultimate services organisation it is today. Our management, realising the opportunities for profit increased exponentially by expanding our services to include ‘alternative’ revenue streams and extending our reach to include new galaxies and sectors, took steps to bring the organisation to the widest reaches of the ‘verse and in doing so multiplied our profits tenfold.

Over the years our service catalog expanded to include many non-traditional service lines, hence the now more modern description of “corporate / criminal confederation’. Now you can engage with [Aaa$] on practically any terran world and even a few alien planets. We do not distinguish between human and non-human lifeforms… so if you have the credits, we have the services!

Manifesto

Anything as a $ervice

[Aaa$] is a corporate/criminal confederation of skilled operators focused on the creation of one thing… profit!
There is only one rule with Aaa$: We Always Deliver!

Some have called us corporate demons because of our focus on business, but if you have the credits, we can service any of your requirements. Nothing is out of bounds as we have corporate/criminal divisions who can take care of all/any requirements (i.e. trading, smuggling, piracy, escort duties, mining, info running, slavery, corporate espionage, infiltration, assassinations, exploration etc.). We operate on a profit-share basis, ensuring all members who assist in the delivery of any given services share in the rewards.

[Aaa$] business policy ensures we always deliver on our promises; our service guarantee essentially de-risks your business or nefarious affairs. We will quote you a fair price for the work required and expect 50% payment up front with the balance due on completion. And of course all our business dealings will be kept confidential from prying eyes.

If you fail to pay for the services rendered – we will exact swift, severe and permanent retribution – redistributing what’s left of your assets amongst our members who were due payment in the first place. If any of our members fail to deliver your services – we will exact the same level of satisfaction from the members concerned and refund your payment with a 25% bonus for your troubles. So you can see there really is no better way to get anything done in the ‘verse!

Charter

Organisation Structure:

[Aaa$] is organised as follows:

Leadership Team: Divisional management and overall management in one steering/guiding team who decide on the direction the organisation takes and the contracts we deliver
Divisions: Each division, overseen by a divisional director, focuses on the provision of unique skills/services (i.e. Exploration, Piracy, Security Services, Mining Services etc.)
Teams: Individual teams within each division, overseen by team leaders and providing specific services / skills as required

Profit Sharing:

The leadership / management take 15% of any contract deal to cover admin and leadership fees. This includes the legal/commercial fees necessary to secure the work, contract with the clients and process the payments.

The Divisional directors are then free to allocate the remaining 85% of any contract fees amongst the required divisions/teams as appropriate, depending on the services required.

Contracting Process

Contracting is handled as follows:

Client will engage with leadership team and request services via usual service inbox
Leadership will assess request and (in consultation with divisional directors) agree a price for the services required.
Client will pay 50% of fees up front to secure the work with us
Divisional leadership will then allocate resources and secure plan to deliver services from within the organisation (divisions / teams) as appropriate.
Teams will carry out the work / deliver the services as required and then notify leadership upon completion
Leadership will then secure remaining 50% fees from the client and distribute amongst the members/teams as appropriate

Non-Payment / Non-Delivery

It is advised that all prospective clients / members be clear on our policy in this respect. Non-payment / Non-delivery will not be tolerated. We are in the business of making profit, and anything that gets in the way of that will be dealt with severely, swiftly and permanently.

If a client should fail to pay his dues when a service has been carried out – we will hunt him down, eliminate him, steal his assets and distribute that wealth amongst our impacted members to reimburse them for their trouble with a healthy percentage in addition. If any of our members fail to deliver the services for a client – we will exact a similar redistribution of their wealth to our client with a 25% bonus payment for their troubles.

This may seem harsh, but it is necessary to protect our reputation in the ‘verse.
