Just as important are the dedicated flight crew of the company who can lock down an area with by providing air support with fighters or larger combat ships.

As the Company flourishes, it embraces novel opportunities. Spearheading expansion is the logistics division serves as the forefront of their movement. The members of the Raven Company are employed into the following positions:

Captain
The Captain of Raven Company holds a pivotal role in guiding the organisation toward its goals, much like the captain of a ship. Their primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee the Company’s overall operational response, ensuring all areas work in harmony to achieve success.
The Captain is the final decision holder for the administration and conduct of the Company, making critical judgements that maintain stability, direction, and smooth functioning across all activities.

Second
The Second is the deputy leader of Raven Company and the Captain’s primary support. They assist in managing the organisation’s operations, ensuring coordination, stability, and smooth execution across all activities. When the Captain is unavailable, the Second assumes full responsibility for running the Company, maintaining continuity and ensuring that tasks and responsibilities are carried out effectively.
Working closely with the Captain, the Second provides guidance and clarity to members, helping uphold Raven’s standards and direction. This role demands strong judgement, calm decision‑making, and the ability to operate under pressure. As second‑in‑command, the Second is a trusted pillar of leadership within Raven Company.

Chief
A Chief is the highest recognition attainable by general members of Raven Company. This distinguished position is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, dependability, and professionalism across all operations. Through consistent performance and unwavering dedication, Chiefs have proven themselves to be trusted, reliable, and invaluable contributors to the Company.
Chiefs set the benchmark for conduct and capability within Raven. Their experience and judgement provide stability and confidence during operations, and their presence reinforces the standards expected of all members. As senior figures within the organisation, Chiefs help maintain cohesion and guide the Company through their example, earning deep respect from those around them.

Lead Rating
A Lead Rating is an experienced member of Raven Company, recognised for their consistent performance and strong understanding of our operations. Lead Ratings provide guidance and support to fellow members, helping uphold the company’s standards, culture, and expectations through their example. Their reliability and insight strengthen the organisation, ensuring continuity and cohesion across all activities.

Rating
Ratings are the backbone of Raven Company. As a recognised member of the Company, a Rating is an essential part of our operational strength, contributing to the team with reliability, trust, and commitment. This position reflects full dedication to Raven Company and requires that Ratings are not affiliated with any other operational organisations, ensuring unity, focus, and shared purpose across all activities.

Affiliate
An Affiliate is a recognised ally of Raven Company. They have shown genuine interest in working alongside us, but either prefer a flexible association or maintain commitments to other organisations. Allies collaborate with Raven when able, contributing to operations without the expectations or obligations of full‑time membership.

The Raven Company is, first and foremost, about the enjoyment of the universe. Our activities range from solitary deployments to more organized group operations. Our aim is to foster a friendly environment where new or experienced members can find a place in the universe.
