A I X X I A – Corp. is more than just an organization — it’s a crew built on passion, respect, and the simple joy of playing together.
Founded by pilots, explorers, engineers, and dreamers, we believe that the ‘verse is meant to be experienced — not rushed.
History
A I X X I A – Corp. was founded in the later years of the Stanton era, during a time when the ‘verse felt louder, faster, and increasingly profit-driven. Large corporations were expanding aggressively, independent pilots were burning out, and many crews forgot why they started flying in the first place.
A small group of pilots — traders, explorers, engineers, and former security contractors — began meeting informally at a hangar deck outside Area18. What started as casual operations and late-night discussions about ship builds and jump routes slowly evolved into something more intentional.
They shared a simple belief:
The ‘verse is not meant to be conquered.
It is meant to be experienced.
Instead of building another profit-maximizing megacorp, they formed A I X X I A – Corp. — an organization dedicated to sustainable growth, cooperative play, and the idea that rising high does not require stepping on others.
The name A I X X I A represents ascension, ambition, and balance — moving forward without losing direction.
From small escort contracts and modest cargo runs, the organization grew organically. No forced recruitment. No mandatory quotas. Just reputation built through reliability, calm leadership, and a strong internal culture.
Today, A I X X I A – Corp. continues to expand — not through pressure, but through shared purpose.
We aim high.
But we fly steady.
Manifesto
We believe:

Charter
Article I – Membership
Membership in A I X X I A – Corp. is open to individuals who align with our values. Rank reflects responsibility, not superiority.
Article II – Conduct
Members shall treat all pilots — within and outside the organization — with respect. Internal disputes are resolved constructively and privately.
Article III – Operations
Participation in operations is voluntary. There are no mandatory quotas, minimum playtime requirements, or forced economic contributions.
Article IV – Leadership
Leadership exists to support, guide, and coordinate — not to control. Authority within A I X X I A – Corp. is exercised with transparency and accountability.
Article V – Growth
Expansion shall be intentional and sustainable. The organization prioritizes long-term culture over short-term numbers.
Article VI – Identity
A I X X I A – Corp. represents ambition without aggression, structure without rigidity, and strength without hostility.
