Founded during a time of rising instability across the ’verse, The Anmut Expeditionary Medical Fleet was created to stand as a constant of hope, healing, and order. What began as a small cadre of medics, explorers, and diplomats grew into a disciplined, humanitarian force driven by compassion and unwavering duty.

From disaster response and evacuation operations to diplomatic escorts, search-and-rescue, and deep-space scientific missions, the Fleet has earned its reputation as a reliable guardian of life. Each mission strengthens our commitment to protect, to uplift, and to ensure no one faces the unknown alone.

Today, The Anmut Expeditionary Medical Fleet continues its charter with resolve, supporting travelers, stabilizing crises, and forging alliances that carry forward a legacy of unity, service, and discovery.

Manifesto

The Anmut Expeditionary Medical Fleet exists to serve the ’verse with compassion, discipline, and purpose. We are a beacon in the dark, providing medical aid, crisis stabilization, and humanitarian support wherever lives hang in the balance.

Our mandate is clear: explore the unknown, safeguard the innocent, forge diplomatic paths, and stand firmly against piracy, exploitation, and chaos. We act not out of conquest, but conviction.

We uphold teamwork, respect, and scientific curiosity as core principles, holding every member, crew, officer, and captain alike, to standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. In this Fleet, every voice matters and every role strengthens the mission.

Charter

Enacted by StarFleet Command – Stardate 2955.152

Preamble

In the spirit of peace, service, and interstellar cooperation, the Anmut Expeditionary Medical Fleet (AEMF) establishes this Charter as the governing directive for all Fleet operations, conduct, and membership. Every officer, specialist, and crew member serves under this unified standard of duty, compassion, and discipline.

Article I – Mission Directive

The core mission of the AEMF is threefold:

Heading Three*Medical Aid:*
  • Provide compassionate, immediate, and impartial medical assistance to all sentient beings, regardless of allegiance or status.
  • Prioritize lifesaving action while upholding ethical medical standards.

Heading Three*Diplomatic Engagement:*
  • Foster peaceful relations through non-aggressive diplomacy, mediation, and cooperation with allied and neutral organizations.
  • Serve as stabilizers in times of conflict, prioritizing resolution over escalation.

Scientific & Exploratory Research:
  • Advance knowledge through ethical research, planetary survey, deep-space exploration, and scientific collaboration.
  • Ensure discoveries benefit the greater good of the ’verse.

Article II – Code of Conduct

All members of the Fleet shall:

  • Act with honor, integrity, and mutual respect in every interaction.
  • Maintain professionalism during both internal operations and public engagements.
  • Reject, and report, any piracy, griefing, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation.
  • Conduct themselves in accordance with UEE and interstellar law.
  • Offer aid without expectation of reward and never leverage vulnerability for personal gain.
  • Represent the Fleet’s values with consistency, humility, and accountability.

Article III – Chain of Command

Members shall follow the established command structure in all operations.
Orders from superior officers are to be observed unless they violate law, ethics, or medical duty of care.
Concerns, disputes, or breaches shall be addressed through a formal review process overseen by Fleet Command.

Heading TwoArticle IV – Membership Expectations

Fleet personnel are expected to:

  • Participate in missions, operations, or training whenever available.
  • Represent AEMF values in all public spaces, partnerships, and engagements.
  • Continually refine skills relating to medical response, diplomacy, exploration, and teamwork.
  • Uphold the dignity, responsibility, and symbolism of the uniform in all actions.

Article V – Enforcement

Violations of this Charter will be reviewed by Fleet Command or designated officers.
Possible outcomes include counseling, temporary suspension, reassignment, or dismissal from the Fleet—determined by severity and context.
Every member retains the right to a fair and transparent review.
