Founded in The Vega Incident (2945)

The seeds of ANOC were sown in the fires of the Battle of Vega II in 2945. While the UEE Navy officially claimed victory, the devastation revealed a terrifying truth: the Empire’s standard military response was too slow for the escalating Vanduul threat. A group of veteran officers from the 89th Logistic Support Squadron—survivors of the fall of Caliban—realized that traditional naval tactics were failing.
They formed an unsanctioned tactical think-tank code named “Alpha Nova,” dedicated to aggressive, first-strike orbital maneuvers that standard Navy bureaucracy would never authorize.

Expanded in The Triple-System Operations (2948 – 2954)

As the United Empire of Earth stretched thin, ANOC transitioned into a high-tier Private Military Company, adopting the “Omega” designation—a promise to be the final force standing at the end of any conflict.
As of 2025, ANOC has established permanent strategic command centers across three critical sectors of the Verse:

The Stanton System:

Serving as the industrial heart of ANOC operations. From the high-tech hubs of microTech to the shipyards of Crusader, ANOC provides elite security for corporate convoys and guards critical Rest & Relax stations from pirate incursions.

The Nyx System:

Utilizing the shadows of the asteroid belt, ANOC maintains a “Ghost Fleet” presence. Operating out of the Levski periphery, the Command monitors the flow of goods and provides a stabilizing military force in a lawless sector.

The Pyro Frontier:

ANOC’s most dangerous frontier. Working out of hidden deep-space bases, the Command monitors Xeno Threat movements and protects independent miners from the volatile solar flares of the Pyro star.

Today, Alpha Nova Omega Command is a specialized strategic power. Whether executing precision strikes with Aegis Eclipses or coordinating Capital Ship defense for massive industrial convoys, the Command remains the “Beginning and the End” of security. In Stanton, Nyx, or Pyro, the ANOC signature is the ultimate symbol of universal authority.

I. THE SUPREMACY OF COMMAND

At Alpha Nova Omega Command, we do not react; we dictate. We believe that space is not a void to be feared, but a theater to be mastered. From the moment a jump-point is opened (Alpha) to the moment the last hostile signature is cleared (Omega), ANOC maintains total tactical oversight. We answer to the mission, the fleet, and our brothers-in-arms.

II. THE TRI-SYSTEM COMPACT

We recognize that the Verse is fractured. While the UEE remains locked in bureaucracy, ANOC operates where the need is greatest:

Stanton: We protect the engine of human industry. Nyx: We hold the line in the shadows of the belt. Pyro: We face the fire to ensure the survival of the bold. In these systems, our word is the law, and our guns are the enforcement.

III. PRECISION IN THE NOVA

A “Nova” is a star that shines brightest before it reshapes the galaxy. So too does ANOC. We utilize the most advanced Aegis and Anvil technology to strike with overwhelming force. We do not engage in wars of attrition; we execute with surgical finality.

IV. THE OMEGA PROTOCOL

In every engagement, there is a finality. Whether it is a peaceful trade convoy reaching its destination or the total destruction of a Xeno Threat cell, ANOC ensures the “Omega” is met on our terms. We are the last fleet standing. We are the end of the conversation.

V. THE COMMANDER’S CODE

Every member of ANOC, from the Capital Ship Admiral to the Nova Tank operator, adheres to the three pillars:

Discipline: Chaos is the enemy; order is our weapon. Lethality: Every shot fired is a signature of our intent. Loyalty: We leave no pilot behind in the dark.

THE ANOC CHARTER: OPERATIONAL BYLAWS

ARTICLE I: CHAIN OF COMMAND

High Command (The Omega Council): The governing body responsible for strategic oversight, diplomatic relations, and system-wide deployments. Fleet Admirals: Operational leaders who coordinate Capital Ship groups and multi-wing maneuvers in Stanton, Nyx, and Pyro. Commanders: Officers responsible for specific squadrons (Fighters, Industrial, or Ground Armor). Specialists: Enlisted members focused on specialized roles (Medical, Engineering, EWAR). Cadets: Probationary members undergoing the “Alpha Phase” of integration.

ARTICLE II: RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE)

Defense of the Verse: ANOC personnel are authorized to use lethal force to protect Org assets, allies, and civilian contractors under our protection. * The “Omega” Clause:* Hostile intent from XenoThreat, Nine-Tails, or Vanduul forces will be met with immediate and total neutralization. Non-Aggression: ANOC is not a piracy organization. Unprovoked attacks on peaceful traders or non-hostile organizations are strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE III: AREA OF OPERATIONS (AO)
Members are expected to maintain a presence in the following key sectors:

Stanton Security: Patrolling trade lanes and assisting in UEE Advocacy operations. Nyx Reconnaissance: Maintaining the “Ghost Fleet” presence around Levski and the asteroid belts. Pyro Vanguard: Managing the “Omega” border—high-risk mining and anti-pirate combat.

ARTICLE IV: CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE

Unity First: No member of ANOC shall knowingly act against the interests of the Command or its allies. Asset Accountability: Pilots are responsible for the maintenance of their assigned vessels.

ARTICLE V: RECRUITMENT & ADVANCEMENT

The Alpha Phase: New recruits must complete three “Combat or Industrial Sorties” with a Ranking Officer to achieve full Member status. Meritocracy: Promotion is based on contribution to the fleet, participation in Org events, and tactical proficiency in the “Verse.”
