Manifesto

Accidentally Organized

Accidentally Organized is a relaxed Star Citizen organization built around good people, good company, and good adventures throughout the ‘verse.

We aren’t interested in mandatory attendance, activity quotas, military roleplay, or taking ourselves too seriously. Our members come from all walks of life and play at their own pace. Whether you’re hauling cargo, exploring distant systems, salvaging wrecks, running security, mining asteroids, or simply enjoying the view from a station bar, you’ll find a place here.

That said, while we may be relaxed, we are far from disorganized. When the situation calls for it, our members work together efficiently, communicate clearly, and accomplish the mission. The name “Accidentally Organized” comes from our belief that the best operations often happen when a group of friends naturally falls into sync without turning the game into a second job.

Our goals are simple:

  • Build a welcoming and drama-free community.
  • Help new and veteran players enjoy everything Star Citizen has to offer.
  • Create memorable experiences through cooperation and teamwork.
  • Support all gameplay styles without forcing members into a specific role.
  • Maintain a reputation for professionalism, fairness, and respect.

We believe real life comes first, fun comes second, and spreadsheets come somewhere much further down the list.

Whether you’re a seasoned citizen or just waking up in your first hab, you’re welcome to fly with us.

Professional when needed. Relaxed by choice.

Charter

1. Respect Comes First

Treat all members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, and excessive toxicity are not tolerated.

2. Common Sense Rule

No rulebook can cover every situation. Use good judgment and act in a way that benefits the organization and its members.

3. Respect Shared Assets

If the organization provides ships, equipment, or resources, use them responsibly.

4. Follow Group Leadership During Operations

During organized events, operations, or missions, designated leaders have final authority for the duration of the activity to ensure coordination and efficiency.

5. Keep Comms Clear During Combat

During combat, emergencies, or coordinated operations, keep communications concise and relevant. Save unrelated conversations for downtime.

6. Communication Matters

If you’re participating in an organized operation, remain reachable through the organization’s preferred communication channels whenever possible.

7. Don’t Ruin Other Players’ Fun

Piracy, bounty hunting, security work, and PvP are welcome if they fit the organization’s goals. Griefing, stream sniping, harassment, or targeting players solely to upset them is not.
