Apexion brings new and experienced players together for multicrew operations, industry, combat, and good company. We’re a relaxed, furry-friendly community that values clear communication, shared learning, and time for life beyond the game
WELCOME TO APEXION
Star Citizen gives us plenty of reasons to fly together. A ship needs a crew, a convoy needs an escort, someone wants to learn a new profession, or a straightforward evening somehow becomes a rescue operation
Apexion brings those people together
We are a Star Citizen organization and Discord community built around cooperative play, shared knowledge, and dependable company. Our aim is to give members a place where they can find familiar people to fly with, build confidence, and take part in activities that become more rewarding with a crew
We welcome new and experienced players alike. Whether you are learning your first ship or preparing a larger operation, there is room to participate, ask questions, and contribute
WHAT WE DO
Our security-and-support identity gives us a foundation for coordinated operations, while our members’ interests give us plenty of reasons to explore the rest of the game
Our activities include:
Multicrew operations: Bringing pilots, gunners, and support crew together to operate ships as a team
Mining and salvage: Learning equipment, finding worthwhile opportunities, and coordinating collection, transport, and processing
Cargo and logistics: Moving supplies, organizing deliveries, and supporting the people and ships involved in an operation
Combat and security: Flying escorts, taking on combat contracts, and working through ship and FPS encounters together
Rescue and recovery: Helping members who are stranded, injured, or in need of extraction when we can respond
Training and practice: Developing flight skills, learning professions, practicing communication, and getting comfortable with unfamiliar roles
Events and exploration: Taking part in current events, visiting locations, and trying things that catch the group’s interest
You can develop a specialty or move between activities. Someone who usually mines may want a turret seat tonight, and an experienced combat pilot may be learning their way around a salvage operation
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SHIPS
Most of us are furries, and Apexion welcomes people who are comfortable sharing that space. Being a furry is not a membership requirement, and roleplay is optional
We want the community to feel relaxed, welcoming, and easy to spend time in. Humor and conversation are part of that, alongside consideration for the people around you
Quieter members should have room to settle in without feeling pressured to entertain everyone. More talkative members are welcome too, with the expectation that conversations leave space for others to speak, ask questions, and be heard
During an operation, clear communication matters. We make room for useful callouts, listen to the person coordinating the activity, and save conversations that would distract the group for a better moment
Outside those moments, we are here to enjoy each other’s company
LEARNING TOGETHER
Star Citizen has a lot to learn, and much of it becomes easier when someone can explain a system or walk you through it
Our Discord includes guides, reference material, and places to ask for help. Members can learn through practical sessions, shared experience, and working alongside people who know an activity well
Questions are welcome. We value explanations that help someone understand what they are doing, and we expect people to be patient with mistakes made while learning
Experienced members have plenty to contribute, whether that means teaching a technique, organizing a session, checking information after a patch, or helping a new crewmate through their first successful run
You do not need an expensive fleet to have a place here. A starter ship, a willingness to learn, and consideration for your crew are enough to begin
WHEN WE PLAY
Apexion is NA-based, with most activity taking place during evenings and weekends on Eastern time. Players from other regions are welcome when our schedules work for them
Our Weekly Op provides a regular opportunity to get together, with activities chosen around member interest. Smaller groups and casual sessions give people other ways to participate throughout the week
Attendance is optional. Work, family, health, and other responsibilities come first, and taking time away from the game is normal
When you do join an organized activity, we ask that you communicate with the crew and help make the session work. If you need to leave, let someone know when practical so the group can adjust
OUR BACKGROUND IN THE ’VERSE
In Apexion’s in-universe history, the organization began as a frontier security contractor providing convoy protection, station support, and asset recovery
Those responsibilities grew into a broader operation supported by logistics and coordinated response. This shaped Apexion’s continuity doctrine: keeping people, equipment, and essential operations functioning under pressure
That background remains part of our organizational identity:
Stability in motion. Order under pressure. Response without delay
Members who enjoy that setting can use it in stories, flight logs, and roleplay. Participation in the fiction is entirely optional
WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
Our long-term goal is a community with enough shared experience and trust to take on increasingly capable operations together
That means developing reliable crews, helping members become comfortable in different roles, and giving people opportunities to organize activities of their own. Leadership should make those things easier through preparation, communication, and practical support
We want members to recognize the people beside them, feel comfortable asking for help, and look forward to the next session

Why do we operate?
Is it because we believe in control?
Because somewhere deep within human ambition there has always been the instinct to organize chaos, to impose structure on the unknown, and to extend influence beyond the edges of what is known?
Is it because we pursue security?
The idea that in a vast and indifferent universe, safety is not given—but built, enforced, and maintained by those willing to stand between order and collapse?
Or is it because, in a future as vast and fragmented as this one, we are still searching for purpose?
For many, Apexion is a name on a contract
A corporate signature attached to security operations, logistics frameworks, and defense authorizations across contested space
For others, it is about contracts fulfilled, assets protected, lanes secured, and threats neutralized before they ever become visible
But for those of us who understand it differently…
it became something more
It became the framework that holds operations together when everything else fails
The network that answers when distress calls go unanswered
The structure that turns scattered response into coordinated action across systems that do not forgive hesitation
That is the function of Apexion
Not chaos
Not war
Not power for its own sake
Execution
Apexion is not defined by its hardware, nor its fleets, nor its contracts
It is defined by its responsibility
A promise that when a system destabilizes, response will follow
A promise that when assets are at risk, protection is already en route
A promise that when collapse begins to spread, there will still be a coordinated hand to push it back
Apexion is the embodiment of what organized security becomes when scaled beyond nations, beyond borders, beyond planets
Coordination
Stability
Containment
Continuity
Every major era of human expansion has required a force that could move faster than the crisis it faced
Apexion is that force
Not because it is the most aggressive
Not because it is the most feared
But because it is structured to respond
To deploy
To stabilize
To restore order where systems fail
That is why Apexion exists
Not to dominate space
But to keep it functioning
So if you ask me why we operate…
We operate because somewhere out there a convoy has lost comms
A station is going dark
A contract has gone unstable
And someone is waiting for a response that may never come
And then Apexion answers
Not with noise
Not with hesitation
But with presence
MEMBERSHIP AND CONDUCT
This Charter sets out the expectations for participating in Apexion and representing the organization
Members are expected to follow our Discord rules, the rules of any event they join, and applicable game and platform policies
1. Treat People With Respect
Treat members, guests, allies, and other players with consideration
Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, and repeated ridicule are unacceptable. Differences in experience, identity, playstyle, or opinion do not justify disrespect
Humor should remain considerate of the people involved. If someone asks you to stop a joke or behavior directed at them, respect that boundary
2. Share the Conversation
Let people finish speaking and give questions room to be answered
Avoid talking over others, dominating conversations, or continuing an argument at the expense of the group. Disagreements should focus on the issue and allow room for evidence, uncertainty, and correction
Keep operational callouts clear. Move unrelated conversations to another voice room when separate groups are doing different activities, and mute your microphone when background activity would interrupt others
3. Respect Privacy and Room Boundaries
Keep content in its appropriate channels and follow the rules of those spaces
Do not share another person’s private information or confidential conversations without permission. Do not pressure members to disclose personal details or participate in interactions they are uncomfortable with
4. Follow the Agreed Plan
During an organized activity, follow the designated operation lead and communicate information that could affect the plan
Respect assigned responsibilities and coordinate changes with the crew. If an instruction is unclear, ask for clarification
No instruction overrides community rules, event rules, or game policies
5. Communicate About Your Availability
Attendance is optional, and real-life responsibilities come first
When you commit to an activity, communicate delays, changes, or an early departure when practical so the group can adjust
Urgent real-life needs do not require permission to leave
6. Keep Combat Within the Mission
Keep engagements appropriate to the objective and the agreed event rules
Do not grief other players. Piracy and unprovoked hostile actions outside an agreed mission or event context are prohibited
Treat allies and neutral players professionally. Avoid unnecessary escalation, and follow calls to disengage or regroup
7. Be Reliable With Shared Resources
Respect other people’s ships, equipment, cargo, and time
Ask before taking or using something that belongs to another member. Honor agreements about expenses, loot, and payouts, and communicate promptly if something is lost, damaged, or cannot be returned
Do not conceal a mistake that the crew needs to know about
8. Play Fair
Do not cheat or exploit bugs for an unfair advantage
Report problems that could affect an operation and follow legitimate procedures for resolving them. An opportunity for profit or an easier win does not excuse misconduct
9. Support the Crew
Work with the people around you and respect the importance of their roles
When something goes wrong, prioritize communication, regrouping, and recovery. Coordinate assistance so that an attempt to help does not create additional casualties or losses
Be patient with people who are learning and offer feedback they can use
10. Address Problems Constructively
Raise concerns respectfully and give people a reasonable opportunity to understand and correct an issue
Bring community or conduct concerns to a Moderator or Administrator. Bring immediate operational concerns to the person leading the activity
Avoid public pile-ons, retaliatory behavior, and arguments that disrupt the wider group. Members may raise concerns about leadership decisions respectfully
11. Keep Your Identity Consistent
After acceptance, your Discord server nickname must match your exact RSI handle
This helps members and staff identify the same person across Discord, the organization roster, and in-game activities
Use Discord to stay informed about the activities you choose to join and any relevant community announcements
12. Represent Apexion Responsibly
Your conduct affects the people who share the organization’s name
Act honestly, honor your agreements, and take responsibility when you get something wrong. Rank and experience do not exempt anyone from these expectations
Serious or repeated breaches may result in moderation action or removal from the organization
