Together, the duo built a reputation for reliability and discretion. By mid-2955, their operation had grown into a small but highly profitable trading syndicate. Through smart sourcing, careful deal-making, and trusted practices, they amassed a respectable fortune in a relatively short time.

The Crash

In November 2955, the ‘verse was shaken by the Great Economy Crash. Market values plummeted overnight. Rare items lost much of their worth, buyer confidence evaporated, and the once-lucrative player trade networks went quiet. Like many others, Raptor and Funtime were forced to scale back operations dramatically. What had taken months to build was largely paused as they waited for the economy to stabilize.
For the next six months, they remained in the shadows observing, adapting, and quietly rebuilding contacts.

The Rebirth

Now, in 2956, the markets have finally begun to recover. With renewed confidence and hard-earned lessons from the crash, Raptor and Funtime have officially reformed and expanded their operation under the banner of Apex Mercantile.
