History

Formed from many different corporations private defense forces, with the overall objective of providing a wider range and power than the separated assets, ASC was the child of many long term negotiations and mutual funding. Beginning as just a de facto police force for the separate companies Arbiter grew to embody all the honor and traditions of a standard military while still maintaining the private company lifestyle its members sought. ASC would play a part in everything from hostage rescue, hostile take overs, and beach head operations to small scale fleet movements, pirate hunting, and security operations spanning trade lanes. Arbiter Security Company would eventually become an entity all its own when it began trading operations of its own. Thus securing financial support without the oversight of an executive council.

Manifesto

OPERATIONAL POLICIES

ASC is largely based on our role as protectors. We are the shield for those who cannot defend themselves; as well as those who do not wish to partake in the rigors of combat, but do wish to reap the rewards of exploration , trade , and recovery . Therefore it is our DUTY to provide support by military and commercial means, in any way possible. From marines accompanying an explorer to uncharted planets, fighters for our trade brethren, or a defense force for those braving the great graveyards of space. Our Reach must be far and our strength steadfast if we are to secure not only a contract but a bond with those we serve and those that support us.

Orginization:

Arbiter Security Company is broken into four main branches with each branch controlling not only their own day to day operations, but organization and freedom of operation at their lowest levels.

1.Executive – The Executive Branch is the administrative side of ASC. While each branch does hold their own relative freedom the Executive branch governs the rules and guidelines as well as overall direction and scope of operations undertaken by Arbiter.

2.Combat Arms – As the name implies the Combat Arms is the “Boots on the ground” branch. Everything from the individual marine providing body guard services to fleet movements providing security to many clients at once. The Combat Arms branch is the cornerstone of our organization and comprises the bulk of our assets and personnel.

3. Finance – We at ASC realize that if we are to not only maintain our ability to operate but improve and extend we must control our own destiny. Therefore the Finance branch was established to provide the income needed to sustain large operations while keeping the flow of money in house. Finance is also responsible for all claims, insurance, and bonuses.

CLOSING:

We at Arbiter Security Company wish to do our part by providing the means for individuals to pursue their passion through the galaxy with the comfort of a steadfast ally standing ever vigilant against those who wish for an easy gain. We wish to employ those willing to do harm to those who would harm innocents. We would bring retribution upon those who have unjustly wronged any citizens looking to earn an honest wage. We are all this and more as we continue to evolve with each person we add to our family in service to our homes.

Charter

MEMBER GUIDELINES:

1. Illegal Activity -As a member of ASC it is imperative you remember that you are part of an organization that seeks to better the lives of those we have the opportunity to live with. Therefore it is asked that members refrain from illegal activities and distasteful acts while actively representing the company¹.

2. Company Name – Members who do not have the clearance may not speak for, represent, or otherwise negotiate terms for ASC. Those found guilty of doing so will immediately come under penalty as determined by trial².

3. Rank and Structure: – You will abide by the R&S set forth by the company at any formal event. Customs and courtesies will be rendered to those given the title of Officer or those appointed to a direct leadership position above you. If you feel someone has abused this policy you are given the right to bring it before your next higher and so on. If that is not possible a direct complaint to the Executive branch may be made. And if found guilty the party in question may be stripped of rank or title and/or come under company penalty. — members will be given adequate opportunity to succeed in their given role and it is up to individual leaders to see that their subordinates are put in for commendations and promotions based on their service.
