History
ARCHING SKIES was founded in June 2025.
Our organisation hopes to attract a cacophony of voices.
From this cacophony will emerge harmonies.
Weaving through and guiding these harmonies, will rise melodies.
Together, we will sing our song throughout the ‘verse.
Manifesto
The arching sky is calling
Spacemen back to their trade.

Arching Skies was created in June 2025 with two main objectives: always communicate with members, and share information about what we hope to achieve in 1.0.
We are a ‘Lawful Good’ org (no pirating/griefing/criminal activity) but we do all other gameplay loops. Our org theme draws its inspiration from the song, “The Green Hills of Earth” from the short story of the same name by Robert Heinlein.
We plan to hold regular events for the NZ/AUS/SG time zones, many in partnership with other lawful orgs in the region. We only hit 25 members in June 2026, so we suggest to our members to also join other ‘lawful good’ orgs to benefit from both communities.
We use the ‘roleplaying’ tag because in addition to being ‘Lawful Good’ star citizens, we are going to establish an optional Discord-based ‘career’ system to supplement the in-game reputation system.
If you are new to SC and happy to accept a slower training pace, we would love for you to join us: as a relatively young org, our training program is limited until our numbers and resources grow, and currently can’t compare to that offered by larger orgs. We do have a ‘public library’ where you can browse org plans, helpful SC info, links, apps, and more.
English is our main language, so fluency in that language is required.

While our ARCSKY community is growing, if you are part of another ‘lawful good’ org, you are welcome to join and make us an affiliate org – that way you can have the benefit of both communities!
