History

Arktouros Collective was founded in 2956 at the height of DefenseCon by two longtime citizens who saw a clear and growing need across the ‘verse. Too many people were operating without reliable support — whether they were established residents needing security for high-risk operations, new citizens looking for guidance as they found their footing, or anyone caught in situations that called for escorts or rescue. We watched as citizens at every stage struggled to find dependable help when things got difficult, and we knew something had to be done.
That’s why we built this organization: to be that steady, capable presence. A group created to stand with citizens no matter their experience level, ready to provide the security, escorts, rescues, and guidance they need to get the job done.

Manifesto

Arktouros Collective is a lawful organization dedicated to security, escort services, rescues, and ground operations for citizens of all experience levels across the ‘verse.
We maintain a versatile, well-stocked fleet built for a wide range of mission profiles. Whatever the call, we have the ships, gear, and crew to get it done.
We’re driven by the simple truth that some citizens need reliable help to handle what they can’t do alone. The Arktouros Collective is here — and we’ll stay here for as long as there are people who need us.

Preamble
Arktouros Collective was founded in 2956 at the height of DefenseCon by two longtime citizens who recognized a growing need across the ‘verse. Too many people were operating without reliable support — whether they were established residents facing high-risk situations or new citizens simply trying to find their footing. We created this organization to be that steady, capable presence for those who need it most.

Article I – Name and Establishment
The organization shall be known as Arktouros Collective. It is a lawful organization established to operate independently while upholding the principles of reliability, professionalism, and service to the citizens of the ‘verse.

Article II – Purpose
The purpose of Arktouros Collective is to provide security, escort services, rescue operations, and ground support to citizens of all experience levels. We exist to assist those who need help accomplishing what they cannot do alone, regardless of their background or the scale of the challenge.

Article III – Core Principles
Arktouros Collective is guided by the following principles:
Reliability: We answer the call and see every mission through.
Professionalism: We operate with discipline, competence, and respect.
Accessibility: We serve citizens at every stage of their journey, from new arrivals to seasoned veterans.
Steadfastness: We remain present and committed as long as there are those who need our support.

Article IV – Operations and Capabilities
Arktouros Collective maintains a versatile and well-stocked fleet capable of supporting a wide range of mission profiles. We are equipped to handle security details, escort operations, rescue missions, and ground operations with the appropriate ships, gear, and expertise required for each task. No call is ignored when it falls within our capacity to respond.
