Built on a dual philosophy of complete control and adaptive execution, Arlecchino functions as a highly secure freelance syndicate that utilizes its transport and security operations as both a revenue stream and a cover for deep-space reconnaissance. By keeping its clients, cargo data, and flight paths entirely classified, the highly disciplined fleet specializes in slipping through blockades and navigating high-risk sectors completely undetected, ensuring that sensitive data and critical cargo reach their destinations without ever leaving a footprint.

Charter
ARTICLE I: CODE OF CONDUCT
Discretion: Members are strictly prohibited from compromising operational security. Information regarding syndicate logistics, trade routes, and client identities must never be disclosed outside organization channels.
Professionalism: When operating under the syndicate tag, members are expected to maintain professional conduct with clients, contractors, and neutral factions.
ARTICLE II: ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOLS
Authorized Operations: All high-risk operations or contract fulfillment must align with standard syndicate directives. Unsanctioned piracy or reckless engagement that draws unnecessary local law enforcement attention to the network is prohibited.
Mutual Defense: Members are expected to assist and defend syndicate assets in distress when called upon, provided it does not entirely compromise the primary objective.
ARTICLE III: REVENUE & LOGISTICS
Contract Distribution: Payouts for group operations are distributed based on role, risk, and asset contribution, finalized prior to spin-up.
Corporate Taxes: A standard operational fee may be levied on joint organization runs to maintain the fleet reserve and logistics grid.
