Manifesto

Our org has many aims, we hope you will take some time to read through and understand what we hope to accomplish in the verse.

Internal Aims Within the Org.

The main aim of this ORG is to provide a safe haven for those who wish to speak their mind freely and to have the freedom to say whatever they want. In a society where everyone is offended by something, there are fewer and fewer areas where people can actually express themselves however they want.

That being said by applying and being accepted to our ORG you agree to our social contract, everything is fair game people can say what they want to who they want, we are not savages and understand there are limits and have expressed this in our charter. If you are able to take the punches AND give them as well this will be the place for you.

Spend a few months with us in comms or in-game and we will certainly grow some hairs on your chest ;)

We accept any applicants regardless of race religion or creed. Deciding factors are expressed on the application, your responses will be gauged and then used to decide how likely you are to succeed.

Organizational Goals

The aim of this ORG is to have multiple talented individuals who specialize in various avenues of Star Citizen, we wish to help and see you succeed within the verse. Eventually, individuals can be rented as a service to other orgs to help their goals or aims for a decided amount of time and you will be paid accordingly.

We wish to eventually settle down on a planet and stake a claim for ourselves when the time arrives the Board of Executives and officers will search out their favorite locales around the verse and come to an Org-wide vote on where we will set up shop.

We wish to sponsor players in the verse who show potential within the racing scene, land or air. This will be a two-way benefit for the ORG, our name will receive recognition by branding itself on their ships and clothing, and they will receive the funds necessary to compete with the best. Also, our engineers and mechanics will be able to test their metal and hone their craft by experimenting with different builds for the racers to test out.

External Goals (How will we and our members interact with other ORGs)

We wish to work alongside many other orgs and provide them with excellent players who can help accomplish goals or tasks for them, we do not wish to cause any harm or disparity when we are within comms with yourselves or other players who are not affiliated with our org. We have very clear and laid out rules about communication and comms when it comes to others and we do not look to offend or upset anyone. While we may appear very different to the rest of you we have rules established for communication within other orgs and their channels. (Rules can be found on the charter page)

Charter

First and Foremost this org follows the same rules and applications of the First Amendment in the United States constitution. We believe that all players should have the ability to speak how they want when they want. That being said we are not savages we do have some basic guidelines within the organization.

Based on the manner of interactions that will occur within the orgs channels we ask that you understand and respect our decision to give the org an 18+ age limit to apply.

General Communication

1a: If you are assisting another org, their rules supersede our own rules. Please be respectful of their conditions and terms, not everyone in the verse plays the game the same way we do or wants to play in the same fashion of our own.

1b: If you are in comms with another org or players who are not affiliated with our own please follow their conditions and terms in chat (voice, text, etc.)

2: Do not incite violence or riots with your words, posts or actions within or outside this org or any of it’s affiliated communication platforms.
Examples of inciting violence:

-Banding together players or conspiring together with others to bring harm to another individual either physically or digitally. Digitally includes continual harassment by destroying a players ship, making their ability to play the game null by removing their ability to access resources, or by placing unnecessary bounties on a player in an effort to hinder their gameplay continually. This rule also applies to single individuals.

3: Do not Doxx or expose any other persons personal information, breaking this rule will not only lead to a permaban but will also lead to your account being reported to CIG and depending on the severity to Law Enforcement.

4: If a player requests for you to stop directing specific speech at them, respect their request and stop, move channels with your group if necessary, or leave the conversation in total.

Operational Etiquette

-Officer positions are not handed out like cookies, we take much time and deliberation into considering and finalizing a decision to place an individual in an officer or higher rank we ask that you respect their position.

1: If you are on an operation (henceforth will be referred to as OP) and one of your commanding officers is speaking, do not speak over them. If you feel the officer on duty is directly disrespecting or using their position as a means to silence you please issue a grievance with The Overseer and we will look into the matter internally DO NOT TAKE ACTIONS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS. (A request for an individual to be silent is not considered silencing, some individuals do not know when not to speak and therefore might be muted by the commanding officer or the highest-ranking member)

2: Respect an officers decision, if you are told to stand down or given a specific order follow that decision; unless the officer in question is specifically requesting a cruel or unusual request.
