1. Mission & Values
Atlantic Vanguard is a tight-knit group of veterans, active service members, and trusted allies based in Atlantic Canada (ADT timezone). We prioritize:
- Camaraderie and mutual support
- Reliable, professional operations
- Respect for each member’s time and real-life commitments
- Helping each other succeed in the ‘verse while keeping it fun

2. Membership
- We are open to veterans, first responders, and like-minded citizens who value teamwork and respect.
- All members must be in good standing with RSI and follow the Code of Conduct.
- Recruitment requires approval by the Founder/Officers.
- Members are encouraged (but not required) to maintain affiliations with larger orgs like ASMBL and SFOTU.

3. Timezone & Scheduling
- Primary operations run on Atlantic Time (ADT).
- Events and ops will generally be scheduled between 1300–2200 ADT to respect real-life commitments (especially for older veterans).
- Members are free to organize smaller activities in other timezones, but core group events will stay ADT-friendly.

4. Conduct & Expectations
- Treat every member with dignity and respect — no toxicity, discrimination, or drama.
- In-game: Professional but not rigid. Help wingmates, communicate clearly, and leave no one behind.
- Voice/Discord: Keep it clean and welcoming. Profanity is fine in moderation; hate speech or personal attacks are not.
- Real life comes first. No pressure to attend every event.

5. Operations & Security
- All major ops will have a designated leader and clear plan.
- Share intel responsibly. Do not discuss sensitive org matters in public channels.
- Friendly fire and mistakes happen — own them, learn, and move on.
- We do not tolerate griefing, cheating, or actions that bring the org into disrepute.

6. Leadership & Roles
- Founder: RevvedUpVeteran (final decisions on org direction).
- Officers will be appointed based on reliability, helpfulness, and time available.
- Suggestions and feedback are always welcome through proper channels.

7. Leaving the Org
- No hard feelings if real life or playstyle changes. You are welcome to return later.
- Upon leaving, members are asked to keep org-specific intel private.

These policies are living guidelines. We will review and adjust them together as the org grows and the game evolves.
