Preamble:

We, the members of AURUM Hardworks LLC, unite under this Charter to establish the principles, structure, and responsibilities that govern our work and guide our mission. This Charter serves as a testament to our commitment to excellence, integrity, and the pursuit of prosperity in the ever-expanding frontier of space.

Article I: Name and Identity

1. Name: The official name of the organization shall be AURUM Hardworks LLC.

Article II: Purpose and Scope

1. Purpose: AURUM Hardworks LLC exists to provide freelance services in the fields of transport, prospecting, maintenance and scrapping, with a focus on professionalism, reliability, and the pursuit of profit.
2. Scope: We operate within the known space territories, engaging in both high-risk and routine contracts, and continuously expanding into new frontiers of opportunity.

Article III: Governance and Leadership

1. CEO: The CEO of AURUM Hardworks LLC is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the company. The CEO’s role is to ensure adherence to the core values and mission of the organization.
2. Coordinator: The Coordinator is responsible for contract, crew and fleet management, making sure the day to day business is handled and everyone gets their cut of the profits.
3. Recruiter: The Recruiter is responsible for managing applicants and referring them to the CEO after a thorough vetting process.
4. Branding: The Branding Manager makes sure that everyone is acting as part of the brand and takes suggestions from the crew.

Article IV: Code of Conduct

1. Integrity: All members must act with honesty and transparency in all dealings, both internally and externally.
2. Respect: All members are entitled to fair treatment and must show respect for the rights, safety, and well-being of others.
