Originally established as a boutique private equity firm, the organization specialized in high-risk infrastructure bonds and terraforming speculation. II. The Great Expansion & The Strategic Pivot
As the UEE pushed further into the Stanton and Pyro systems, the limitations of traditional banking became apparent. Physical assets were being lost to piracy, and logistics chains were failing due to a lack of coordinated protection.

SUBJECT: Governance, Jurisprudence, and Operational Mandate
ARTICLE I: GOVERNANCE & THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1.1 The High Council: Axiom Capital is governed by the Board of Directors. The Board maintains absolute authority over strategic direction, treasury allocations, and diplomatic relations.
1.2 Executive Autonomy: While the Board sets the objective, Division Leads are granted the autonomy to execute tactical decisions provided they align with the Axiom Doctrine and the AstraLex regulatory framework.
1.3 The Stakeholder System: Membership in Axiom is a “contract of mutual interest.” Promotion is based on a meritocratic assessment of reliability, technical proficiency, and adherence to corporate etiquette.
ARTICLE II: DIVISIONAL STRUCTURE
2.1 Capital & Acquisitions (Finance/Logistics): The backbone of the Org. Responsible for trade route optimization, supply chain management, and the accumulation of corporate wealth. This division manages the org-wide treasury and ensures that all operations are net-positive.
2.2 Tactical Risk Mitigation (Security/PMC): The protective arm of Axiom. This division is tasked with the defense of corporate assets, escorting high-value cargo, and the enforcement of Axiom-controlled space. They are the physical manifestation of our “Vertical Integration.”
2.3 Resource Development (Industrial/Mining): The primary engine of growth. Tasked with extraction, refining, and the acquisition of raw materials. This division operates under the protection of Tactical Risk Mitigation to ensure zero-loss cycles.
ARTICLE III: THE ASTRALEX CODE OF CONDUCT
3.1 Professionalism: All operatives must maintain a clean, professional demeanor in public comms and during operations. We represent the “clean minimalist” aesthetic of high finance; chaos is for pirates.
3.2 Operational Discipline: Orders issued by commanding officers during active operations are to be followed without deviation. Post-operational reviews (AARs) are the appropriate venue for strategic critique.
3.3 Zero-Tolerance Policy: Griefing, unauthorized piracy under the Axiom banner, and internal theft are grounds for immediate contract termination and permanent blacklisting from all Axiom-affiliated sectors.
ARTICLE IV: TREASURY & ASSET MANAGEMENT
4.1 Fleet Standardization: Axiom Capital prioritizes a standardized fleet to ensure cross-compatibility in parts and training. Members are encouraged to align their personal hangars with corporate requirements for maximum efficiency.
4.2 Profit Sharing: Credits earned during corporate-led operations are distributed according to the Stakeholder Formula, accounting for ship usage, risk exposure, and role specialization. A percentage of all operations is taxed for the Corporate Treasury to fund Capital-class vessel maintenance and insurance premiums.
ARTICLE V: DIPLOMATIC NEUTRALITY
5.1 The Profit Motive: Axiom Capital remains politically neutral in UEE affairs unless such affairs directly impact the profitability or security of the organization. We do not seek war, but we are prepared to finance and execute it should our assets be threatened.
RATIFICATION
This charter serves as the primary governing document for all Axiom Capital activities. By accepting a contract with Axiom, you agree to the terms of the AstraLex legal framework and the authority of the Board.
