Charter
Ranks Explained
Admiral
Only those ranked Admiral have the authority to command a fleet under the BILL flag. The flagship should not be taken out without the presence of an Admiral.
Captain
A Captain may command their own vessel in a fleet. They outrank all other crew members on their ship and delegate roles to those serving under them.
Lieutenant
A Lieutenant is the minimum rank allowed to operate as a crew member on the flagship. They still hold a significantly higher position than most of the other BILL members.
Sergeant
A Sergeant is the minimum rank allowed to operate as a crew member on a fleet ship.
Private
Privates may bring their personal ship to fly within the fleet but must still defer to the authority of the Admiral in command of the fleet.
Potato
May not participate in fleet outings. All potatoes must first prove themselves before joining other members in the higher ranks.
