History

Manifesto

Bad Karma Company strives to create an organization that will explore the Star Citizen universe. During the launch of the game we plan to move in the fringe space and establish a home base for our operations. We want to forge an organization that is respected by other other organizations. We won’t back down from a fight if it comes down to it. How ever our main focuses will be in trade, exploration, and bounty hunting. We are not a pirate force nor will we allow it.

When out in the verse fly together, if one can get the job done two will make it better.

Charter

OPERATIONAL POLICIES
  1. We are a PMC not pirates. Unless we are getting paid we are not out there to steal, Salvage of wrecks is permitted as is transportation of Black Market items.
  2. No unsanctioned actions against other organizations without provocation. (Unless its a bounty)
  3. All profits to be split evenly between members additionally, all costs incurred for Maydays or other Requests for Non-BKC Assistance are to be covered. In the case of a Mayday, Costs are to be covered in Full if Successful (you end up not getting blown in to debris), in case of Assistance Costs (Mining/Hauling/Repairs etc) should be compensated fairly. If possible contact your Wing Commander to help determine the level of compensation to be offered. This goes to fostering good will with other Factions. In the event you need to Request Assistance or Send a Mayday you are to File an After Action Report with your Wing Commander ASAP. From there the Wing Commander will contact those involved for Follow Up.
  4. Follow orders from you respective Wing Commander.
  5. Ships should be battle ready if soloing in the verse, or in a group. Everyone is expected to fight if needed.
  6. The organization willing work for commissions from other goods. We are will to provide defensive support to ships or groups under attack. We will also gather resources, by mining or gas collection. Payment will be required upon completion of the given task.
  7. Voice communications are required. ( TS/skype/mumble tbd)
  8. If you are part of BKC you are expected to represent BKC. Alternate characters are not required to join BKC, however if that character is not part of BKC you are not allowed to speak for BKC, if caught you will be removed from the organization. Selling information of the Organization will make you subject to removal from BKC.
  9. While part of BKC players are expected to show respect and maturity to all members in the organization. If you have an issue with another member speak to your respective wing commander. Trolling and griefing fellow members will not be tolerated.
  10. Role Playing is encouraged while talking in voice comms and in in game chat. Be respectful of members who choose to RP and those who don’t RP. I’d prefer RP but if people don’t want to thats their choice.
  11. Maybe the most important rule…Have fun in the verse that is Star Citizen
  12. If and when you leave BKC, how you do so matters. To put it simply, you can part with us on good terms or you can part with us on bad terms. Parting with us on Bad Terms means we come after you in a manner and time of our choosing. This is not meant to be threatening in any way, it is simply a fact. We don’t forget, and we never forgive.
