It was rumored to be the resting place of powerful, ancient alien technology, buried deep beneath its obsidian surface. But centuries ago, Blackhaven vanished after a catastrophic breach in spacetime. Its physical form was lost, but its legacy endured.

From the rift came the survivors—transformed by exposure to the void and temporal anomalies. No longer ordinary humans, they emerged as something… evolved. These beings call themselves the The Blackhaven Drift. Whispers of their existence echo across the galaxy, passed through encrypted relays and shadow channels. Some say they’re mercenaries. Others believe they’re myth.

The truth lies somewhere in between. Operating as a nomadic war-fleet, the Blackhaven exist in the dead zones between civilizations. They take contracts no one else will, enforce order where law has collapsed, and retrieve technology long thought lost to time. When colonies disappear or warships vanish, their symbol—a black star orbited by seven shards—is sometimes the only clue left behind.
