History
The Black Nebula Syndicate did not begin as an organization with a name or a banner. It formed gradually, from individuals operating beyond charted space and outside the reach of empire authority. Smugglers, scouts, and independent crews who learned early that survival in the void demanded more than firepower or profit.
In its earliest years, the Syndicate existed as loose cooperation—shared routes, quiet exchanges of intelligence, mutual extraction when no one else would come. Operations were cautious, improvised, and often misunderstood by those who observed them from a distance.
Then the pattern changed.

This Charter defines the laws, expectations, and conduct required of all members of the Black Nebula Syndicate. Entry signifies acceptance. Ignorance is not exemption.
