Bounty Hunting
Welcome to Black Rock Industries. We are a corporation initially based around Cargo and resource hauling for profit, but we have now ventured into bounty hunting as well as seeing how many pirates attempt to come after our hauling crews. Check our recruitment page and we will see you in the Verse.
History
Black Rock Industries was founded 2855. Ten years after Drake Interplanetary lost its UEE contest with the Cutlass Black. Four of our board members left Drake in 2852 and began work on a separate entity with the sole idea of making a profit no matter the cost. We began doing small delivery and cargo hauling jobs here and there until we had enough money to build our own fleet. Seeing as we came from Drake it would only seem fitting to start our fleet with Drake ships. In the second quarter of 2855 Black Rock Industries was no longer an idea, it became a reality. Soon after we began making large scale cargo runs we began to run into issues with pirates attacking our convoys. We saw that we would need to build up our fleet with escorts for our large scale hauls. We also saw this as another form of income and began to sell our bounty hunting and escort services to the highest bidder no matter who they represented. In 2883 Black Rock Industries board moved its headquarters to Terra III seeing the potential for growth in the Terra system.
Manifesto
Here at Black Rock Industries we strive in every aspect to turn a profit no matter the cost. If you love to make UEC you have come to right place. We also like to have fun doing it. We do not force any weekly meetings or have any mandatory events because we know, just like us, you have a life outside the verse. We are easy going and want to have the best experience possible in the verse.
