Charter
All members of Aster Noctis are expected to uphold the following standards at all times:
1. Respect the Chain of Command Orders from leadership are to be followed during operations. Coordination and discipline are critical to mission success.
2. Professional Conduct Members will maintain respectful and controlled behavior within the organization and when representing Aster Noctis publicly.
3. Mission First The success of the contract takes priority. Personal gain, reckless behavior, or actions that jeopardize the mission are not tolerated.
4. Loyalty to the Team Support your fellow operatives. Aster Noctis operates as a unit—no one is left behind without reason.
5. Contract Integrity All accepted contracts must be honored. Betrayal of clients or internal agreements will result in immediate removal.
6. Combat Readiness Members are expected to maintain gear, ships, and personal skill levels required for operations.
7. Clear Communication During missions, communication must remain clear, relevant, and disciplined.
8. Zero Tolerance for Internal Conflict Disputes between members must be handled professionally or escalated to leadership.
9. Representation Matters When wearing the Aster Noctis name, members represent the organization. Actions reflect on all.
10. Leadership Authority Command reserves the right to make final decisions regarding operations, discipline, and membership status.
Failure to uphold these standards will result in removal from Aster Noctis—no exceptions.
