Charter
- Blackstar Hauling Co. Charter
### Article I — Professional Conduct
1. Members will represent Blackstar Hauling Co. with integrity and professionalism at all times.
2. Respect for fellow members, allies, and clients is mandatory. Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Orders from company leadership are to be followed unless they conflict with this Charter.
### Article II — Operational Standards
1. Members must adhere to safety protocols during all hauling and salvage operations.
2. Blackstar assets, vessels, and resources are to be used responsibly and returned in good condition.
3. Efficiency and reliability are the foundation of our work — members are expected to meet deadlines and uphold commitments.
### Article III — Salvage & Hauling Ethics
1. Unauthorized theft, piracy, or looting under the company name is prohibited.
2. All salvage operations must respect established claims and UEE law.
3. Freight entrusted to Blackstar must be transported securely and without tampering.
### Article IV — Loyalty & Confidentiality
1. Company information, contracts, and strategies are considered confidential and must not be disclosed outside of the organization.
2. Members are expected to prioritize Blackstar interests above personal gain when acting under company banner.
### Article V — Disciplinary Action
1. Violations of this Charter may result in suspension, loss of rank, or removal from Blackstar Hauling Co.
2. Final disciplinary authority rests with the Executive Board.
