BLGMG is looking to regrow to its past strength.
First, people, we need pilots, traders, fighters, security forces and lobbyist
Second, we will find a toe hold in the galaxy to set up a mining operation as well as find alternate paths for trade
Third, begin trade missions, with fighter escorts.
Fourth, begin to contract our security forces out to those who need them
Fifth, Capitalize on any opportunity we find.

BLGMG believes that profits come first, to keep the company going we must make money, we also believe that if you want to keep something you must be able to defend it, defend your own!

1. The profits and public image of BLGMG come first, any member who cost us money or makes us lose public opinion is subject to disciplinary actions, any illegal actions taken to make profit should be done so discreetly and not as a representative of BLGMG.
2. DEFEND YOUR OWN! We will not tolerate pirates or any hostile forces interfering in BLGMG operations, any attempt to do so will be answered with swift and decisive action, all members are expected to defend the companies interest.
3. Respect the Chain of Command, those above you in the hierarchy are there for a reason and will be respected and obeyed, if you feel you should be in that position instead of them, PROVE IT, while we respect loyalty and seniority, profits are first and the best person for the position will have it.
4. Racism is not allowed, all races and cultures can help us make a profit and any member displaying racist behaviors is in violation of rule 1.
5. Do your job! If your job is to man a turret on a large vessel, then do so to the best of your ability, don’t worry about what the pilot is doing, if the ship lands keep manning your turret, if your job is a medic in our security forces, then treat wounded don’t worry about what the fighters are doing.
6. Senior Leadership is decided by the vote of other senior leaders, a vote of senior leaders is also required to remove a senior leader from the position.
