Black Rift Dynamics was founded as a corporation that combines technical diligence, dependable teamwork and a wide range of gameplay without rigid rank structures.

▸ 02 // NAME

Rift stands for wormholes, unknown terrain and the step into the uncertain. Dynamics stands for motion, production and progress. We explore what nobody has opened up yet and turn it into something that lasts.

▸ 03 // FIELDS OF OPERATION

  • Industry: Mining, refining, trade, component manufacturing and ship upgrades on commission
  • Exploration: Surveying unknown systems, resource discovery, base building
  • Support: Search and rescue, medic, salvage, fleet support and support for allied fleets (PvE and PvP, technical and combat)
  • Quality assurance: Bug hunting and testing with clean documentation

Manifesto

Core principle: Competence over rank. Reliability over show.

▸ DOCTRINE

  1. Reliability. Commitments are kept, deadlines are met, quality is delivered.
  2. Fairness. We treat partners, clients and members the way we want to be treated.
  3. Equal standing. There are responsibilities, not status gaps. Whoever knows the situation best leads the operation.
  4. Planning. Preparation, equipment and task distribution decide success.
  5. Endurance. We stay on it, even when it gets uncomfortable.
  6. Independence. We are neutral and open to alliances, but nobody’s pawn.

Black Rift Dynamics is neither a fan club nor a career ladder. We are a technically minded organization in which every member shares responsibility for results and for the team.

▸ ARTICLE 1 // SCOPE

These orders apply to all members of Black Rift Dynamics, regardless of tenure, experience or role.

▸ ARTICLE 2 // CONDUCT

  • Neutral corporation: we do not seek conflict and engage in neither piracy nor destructive gameplay
  • Defending members, partners and contracts is permitted and expected
  • Respectful, factual communication, even under pressure
  • Zero tolerance for discrimination or griefing

▸ ARTICLE 3 // RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsibilities are assigned per operation, not per title
  • Every member may raise safety and planning concerns
  • Operation leads are followed during the operation and discussed afterwards in the debrief
  • Agreements and operation times are binding

▸ ARTICLE 4 // CONTRACTS & PARTNERS

  • Contracts are completed fully and on time
  • Prices and terms are agreed transparently in advance
  • Distress calls from partners take priority, as far as your own safety allows

  • Report bugs with reproduction steps, game version and time
  • Test runs are documented
  • Reports go through OTSB
