The Bolar Federation entered this universe by accident. During a long-range warp operation, a catastrophic navigation error tore the fleet from its home reality and cast it into unknown space. Stranded among unfamiliar stars, the Federation reorganised under the Permanent Administration and began building a new future within the ‘verse.
