Welcome to The Captains Crew, AKA The Stanton sLuGz. Kill hostiles, get rich, yacht party.
The Captain’s Crew started the way most groups do—
a few of the boys playing together regularly, running missions, figuring things out, and enjoying the game.
Over time, we started noticing a pattern across the ‘verse.
A lot of larger orgs were well-organized and capable, but they often came with expectations that made the game feel more like a commitment than something you actually wanted to log into.
So we built something different.
From the beginning, the goal was simple:
Create a group that could operate at a high level when needed, but never lose the reason we were playing in the first place.
As the crew grew, so did the capability.
We now have people with strong experience across combat, logistics, industry, and general game knowledge. When we need to run something properly, we can—and we do.
At the same time, we’ve been deliberate about what we don’t become.
We are building something large, structured, and skilled—
but not at the expense of keeping the environment relaxed, enjoyable, and easy to be part of.
The Captain’s Crew isn’t built around hierarchy or pressure.
It’s built around people who know what they’re doing, enjoy playing together, and want to keep it that way as we grow.
The Captain’s Crew is built on a simple idea:
you can be good at the game, build something real, and still enjoy logging in.
When it’s time to run something, we do it right—clear comms, coordination, and people who know what they’re doing.
But we’re not sacrificing the environment to get there.
No constant pressure.
No ego.
No second-job energy.
Most orgs lose that balance as they grow. We won’t.
We’re building something big on purpose—more people, more capability, more going on—without losing why we started.
If it’s serious, we lock in.
If it’s not, we’re just playing the game.
Both matter.
Because this only works if people actually want to be here—and keep coming back.
1. Maintain the Balance
We aim to be both capable and enjoyable to be around. Neither comes at the expense of the other.
2. Professional When Needed
When we commit to an operation, we execute properly—clear comms, coordination, and follow-through.
3. No Unnecessary Pressure
There are no attendance requirements or activity quotas. Participation is driven by interest, not obligation.
4. Respect the Environment
No toxicity, no ego-driven behavior, and no undermining others. People stay because they enjoy being here.
5. Skill is Valued, Not Weaponized
We encourage competence and improvement, but not elitism.
6. Flexibility in Playstyle
Members are free to engage in any part of the game—combat, industry, logistics, exploration—without being locked into rigid roles.
7. Growth Without Degradation
We intend to grow significantly, but not in a way that dilutes the culture or experience.
8. Long-Term Over Short-Term
We are building something sustainable. Burnout and over-optimization are avoided by design.
9. The Crew Comes First
The strength of the group comes from the people in it. Everything else is secondary.
