Manifesto
CAPS will use large and capital sized ships to:
-Provide help, transportation and safe haven for fellow citizens.
-Serve as mobile platform for seeking out FUN new experiences and adventure.
Charter
CAPS will use large and capital sized ships to realize a vision of a universe of freedom, excitement, and adventurous discovery for everyone.
