CARGOVERSE Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United Earth Empire, hereby certifies that the Corporation was originally incorporated on January 1, 2943, and that its original Certificate of Incorporation was filed with the United Earth Empire on the same date. This corporate record has been duly adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 242 and 245 of the General Corporation Law of the United Earth Empire.
ARTICLE ONE: The name of the corporation is CARGOVERSE Corporation.
ARTICLE TWO: The address of its registered office in the United Earth Empire is CARGOVERSE Corporate Office, Daymar, Stanton System, United Earth Empire, The name of its registered agent at such address is Jack Hansen.
ARTICLE THREE: The nature of the business or purposes to be conducted or promoted is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the General Corporation Law of the United Earth Empire.
ARTICLE FOUR: The nature of the business or purpose to be conducted or promoted is to engage in the confidential, secure transportation of cargo within the United Earth Empire territories and beyond. It is understood and implied that CARGOVERSE is subject to and must comply with all UEE law and policy while transacting business within all UEE governed territory.
