I. Who We Are

We are the Filthy Casuals—a community of pilots, explorers, haulers, medics, miners, bounty hunters, and wanderers who share one simple belief: Star Citizen should be fun, not a second job.
We log in because we want to, not because we have to. We fly together not out of obligation, but out of camaraderie. We are adults with jobs, families, responsibilities, and lives outside the cockpit—and we embrace that reality, not hide from it.

II. What We Stand For

1. Real Life Comes First

We honor the truth that schedules are messy, time is precious, and life has a habit of firing EMPs at our plans. In this org, you’re never required to grind, attend, or commit to more than you comfortably can. Show up when you want, leave when you need, and never apologize for living your life.

All gameplay loops are welcome.
All skill levels are welcome.
All levels of commitment are welcome.
Whether you’re running cargo routes, hunting bounties, mining quant, diving into salvage, patching up wounded allies, or aimlessly cruising through the stars—your playstyle has a place here.

We fly with honor and chill. We do not harass, grief, or ruin the experience of others. The ‘verse is big enough for everyone, and we choose to be the kind of pilots who make it better—not bitter.

Article I — Name and Purpose
Section 1. Name

This organization shall be known as Filthy Casuals.

Section 2. Purpose

Filthy Casuals exists to provide a laid-back, welcoming, and pressure-free community for adult Star Citizen players who enjoy the ’verse at their own pace.
Our purpose is to foster camaraderie, support all gameplay interests, and create an environment where fun—not obligation—is the guiding principle.

Article II — Identity and Culture
Section 1. Nature of the Organization

Filthy Casuals is a collective of pilots, explorers, haulers, medics, miners, bounty hunters, salvagers, industry workers, and wanderers who believe gameplay should enhance our lives—not overwhelm them.

Section 2. Real-Life Priority

Members are free to come and go as life allows.
There are no attendance requirements, no mandatory grinds, and no penalties for inactivity.
Real life always takes precedence.

Article III — Values and Standards
Section 1. Core Values

Members will never be required to sacrifice personal responsibilities for participation in org activities.

All lawful gameplay loops, experience levels, and playstyles are encouraged and supported.

Filthy Casuals is built on respect. Harassment, griefing, or behavior intended to harm others’ experiences is prohibited.

There are no required time commitments, no mandatory events, and no expectations beyond respectful participation.

New Citizens will be offered assistance, training, and opportunities to join group activities without judgment or pressure.

Experienced members are welcome to mentor, organize casual events, share knowledge, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded pilots.

Section 3. Safe and Welcoming Environment

Filthy Casuals maintains a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Discrimination, toxicity, and elitism have no place here.

Article VI — Leadership and Structure
Section 1. Leadership Philosophy

Leadership operates in service of the community, not above it. The purpose of leadership is to maintain stability, support the members, and protect the relaxed culture of the organization.

Section 2. Non-Mandatory Participation

No member—including leadership—is required to fulfill obligations beyond what they voluntarily choose to take on.

Org decisions will be communicated openly, and community feedback will always be valued.
