Now, therefore, we, the members of ‘CATGIRL’, do hereby establish and ordain this Charter as the supreme governing document, articulating the intentions, mandates, and procedural protocols to which all members shall henceforth be irrevocably bound.

Article I: Definitions

Article III: Membership Obligations

3.1 All Members shall, at all times and in all capacities, act to advance the interests, visibility, and veneration of Catgirls.

3.2 Members are mandated to abstain from, and actively oppose, any actions, rhetoric, or ideologies that may directly or indirectly disparage, endanger, or undermine the esteemed status of Catgirls.

3.3 Members shall allocate necessary resources, including but not limited to temporal, intellectual, and financial assets, to support the initiatives and directives promulgated by the Organization in favor of Catgirls.
