History
It began as a celebration.
Years ago, a tight-knit group of friends gathered aboard an Idris-P drifting above the Nyx system — a night meant for laughter, stories, and escape from the chaos of the wider ’verse. But somewhere between the music, the starlight, and the endless view of the nebulae, a larger idea took shape.
What if they built something bigger than themselves?
What if they created a family across the stars — a community where pilots, traders, mercs, explorers, and drifters alike could find reliability, protection, profit, and purpose?
From that single gathering, Cosmos Cartel was born.
Early Days
Operating from a handful of ships and a shared vision, the founding crew traveled system to system offering help, protection, and opportunity. Their reputation grew: fair deals, loyal allies, and a willingness to stand together when others wouldn’t.
Expansion Through the Galaxy
As more captains joined their banner, the Cartel expanded across multiple sectors. Trading routes were secured. Mining ops flourished. Escort wings multiplied. Bounty contracts became routine training grounds.

Preamble
We, the members of the Cosmos Cartel, declare our purpose among the stars.
Born aboard an Idris-P above Nyx and forged through friendship, ambition, and shared vision, we stand together as a collective dedicated to carving our place in the vast expanse of the ’verse.
We are not bound by chance — we are united by choice.
Article I — Our Purpose
The Cosmos Cartel exists to create a powerful, reliable, and ambitious community within the Star Citizen universe.
We strive to provide opportunity, security, and prosperity for every member who flies our banner.
Our strength is not in a single ship or captain, but in the fleet that moves as one.
Article II — Our Code
Loyalty Above All
Every member is valued, protected, and supported. We rise together and stand unbroken.

Ratified aboard the Idris-P Solstice Crown, Nyx System
Article I — Name & Identity
The organization shall be known as Cosmos Cartel.
The Cartel is a unified collective of pilots, crews, and citizens operating across the UEE, frontier systems, and unclaimed space.
The Cartel emblem, colors, and motto (“Unity. Prosperity. Dominion.”) shall represent its values in all official operations.
Article II — Founding Principles
The Cosmos Cartel is established upon the following core tenets:
Unity: Strength through community and cooperation.
Reliability: Members are protected, respected, and supported.
Ambition: Expansion, success, and opportunity for all members.
Integrity: Conduct that elevates the Cartel’s standing across the ’verse.
These principles shall guide all decisions and actions within the organization.
Article III — Purpose & Objectives
The Cartel’s primary objectives are:
To build a dependable, prosperous, and respected multi-role Star Citizen organization.
To conduct lawful and strategic operations across trade, industry, security, exploration, and fleet coordination.
To secure profitable opportunities that benefit the Cartel and its members.
To establish a strong identity and presence throughout the galaxy.
To maintain a safe and supportive social community for members.
Article IV — Membership
Section 1 — Eligibility
Any individual within the ’verse who upholds the Cartel’s values may apply for membership.
Section 2 — Rights of Members
All members shall have the right to:
Participate in Cartel operations and events.
Receive protection and support from the fleet.
Access shared resources, knowledge, and training.
Vote in matters that affect the entire Cartel, when such votes are called.
Section 3 — Expectations
Members shall:
Represent the Cartel with honor and professionalism.
Support fellow members whenever possible.
Follow leadership directives during organized operations.
Contribute positively to the Cartel’s culture and reputation.
Article V — Leadership Structure
The Cartel shall operate under this leadership hierarchy:
Overseer
The supreme leader of the Cosmos Cartel.
Responsible for overall direction, diplomacy, and final decision-making.
High Council
Senior leaders overseeing key divisions (Fleet, Trade, Security, Industry, Exploration).
Advises the Overseer and manages major initiatives.
Division Commanders
Lead specialized branches and operational teams.
Coordinate missions, logistics, and tactical deployments.
Operatives & Crew
The core body of the Cartel.
Pilots, miners, traders, gunners, explorers, medics, engineers, and support personnel.
Leadership positions may be expanded or modified by majority council vote.
Article VI — Code of Conduct
All members are expected to adhere to the following:
Respect for fellow members and allied organizations.
Integrity in dealings, operations, and communication.
Discipline during fleet actions and organized missions.
Confidentiality regarding internal Cartel operations.
No harassment, discrimination, or behavior that damages the Cartel’s name.
Article VII — Operations & Activities
The Cosmos Cartel engages in diverse operations including, but not limited to:
Fleet Warfare & Escort Operations
Trade, Cargo Hauling & Logistics
Mining & Industrial Production
Exploration, Intel Gathering & Navigation
Bounty Hunting & Security Contracts
Humanitarian & Community Support Efforts
Special operations may be authorized by the Overseer or High Council.
Article VIII — Amendments
This Charter may be amended by majority vote of the High Council and approval by the Overseer.
Amendments must be recorded, dated, and published for all members to access.
Article IX — Dissolution
In the unlikely event the Cartel must disband, all shared assets shall be redistributed or archived according to a final vote of the High Council.
