Founded in the spirit of grandeur, precision, and lawful enterprise, Celestial Valor Touring and Logistics (CVTaL) was born from the dreams of two visionaries: Ianthus and Zamora. Established as a beacon of sophistication and steadfast integrity within the ‘verse, CVTaL has grown from humble beginnings to a formidable presence among organizations dedicated to luxury touring, high-value cargo logistics, and disciplined tactical support.

At the helm stands Ianthus, a man of modest origins who ascended the ranks not through inheritance or political ties, but through deft investments, iron resolve, and unparalleled command of capital-class starships. With a signature grace in piloting the vastest of vessels, Ianthus earned both his wealth and his renown honestly. His flagship, the 890 Jump christened The Absolution, is not merely a vessel but a symbol—of rebirth, redemption, and the pursuit of excellence.

Alongside Ianthus flies his longtime comrade and cofounder, Zamora. A tactician of the highest order, Zamora brings to CVTaL a legacy forged in combat and hardened by experience. Known for his surgical prowess in the cockpit and on gun decks, Zamora exemplifies the martial discipline and defensive strength upon which CVTaL builds its credibility. His strategic insight has not only protected The Absolution across countless sectors, but also ensured the security and prosperity of the clients under CVTaL’s care.

Charter

Article I – Purpose
CVTaL exists to elevate spacefaring through a harmonious blend of luxury, utility, and martial discipline. Our operations shall include, but not be limited to: high-end passenger transport, cargo logistics, lawful exploration, and sanctioned security engagements.

Article II – Allegiance and Conduct
We affirm our alignment with the United Empire of Earth and the Citizens for Prosperity. All members shall conduct themselves with decorum, discipline, and adherence to the laws and values of the UEE.

Article III – Structure
CVTaL shall be led by a Council of Command, currently composed of its founders: Ianthus, Chief Executive Officer and Master of Navigation; and Zamora, Chief Tactical Officer and Director of Security. Operational ranks shall follow a meritocratic structure, wherein initiative, loyalty, and skill guide advancement.

Article IV – Membership
Membership is open to all citizens and allies of upright character. Recruits must undergo a probationary period wherein their abilities and comportment shall be observed. Promotions and privileges shall be earned, not given.

Article V – Engagement Policy
CVTaL does not engage in piracy, slavery, smuggling, or actions that would bring dishonor upon the Empire or our name. Mercenary work shall be accepted only when legally sanctioned and morally defensible. When conflict arises, we respond with precision and restraint.

Article VI – Representation
CVTaL shall carry itself with grace and dignity in all public and diplomatic dealings. Our emblem, our ships, and our personnel are emissaries of our values. Members are expected to embody professionalism in all engagements, both within and beyond our ranks.

Article VII – Oath of Service
Each member shall, upon full induction, affirm the following:
“I pledge my skills, my vessel, and my judgment to the service of Celestial Valor. I shall fly with honor, trade with dignity, and explore with purpose. In peace or peril, I uphold the name of CVTaL.”
