Cytrozine Solutions is a new company lead by the Cytrozian God, also known as Zephyr Brewster, Zephyr created this company in hopes to improve the Quality of Life for those in this thriving cluster of stars. With Nyx growing, Pyro changing, and Stanton thriving more than ever, Zephyr saw his opportunity to insert his piece into this large complex everchanging puzzle.

Cytrozine Solutions aims to make your life in Stanton, as well as its neighboring stars, a luxurious experience. There’s a big disconnect in this system, and it’s that our working class no longer wants to work, but those who do are attacked and discouraged from pursuing their working dreams in this universe. Because of that, Cy.Sol. was born.

What do we offer?

Cytrozine Solutions offers several services, ranging anywhere from Luxury Touring both orbital and terrestrial, quick timely courier services, resource delivery, refueling services, and even private military protection, and more! We want to make Stanton as safe and luxurious as it can be, and strive to become a large positive part of the community!

How is the pay?

We’re glad you asked! :) Our pay is substantial. You WILL be paid for your contribution to our services properly, and promptly! It’s our top priority to take proper care of our employees, and to make sure you have only the best of the best tools to make the best of your time here in this company!

What about the prices?

Prices can range anywhere from 5,000,000aUEC per Private Military Contract, to 100,000aUEC per haulage contract, 50,000aUEC for couriers, 10,000 for personal deliveries, and get this, 0 aUEC for refueling and rescue services! That’s right, we offer FREE refueling and rescue/recovery services to those in need who contact this company for help! We offer this free of charge to show our customers that we DO care about you! If you get stranded, run out of fuel, or get lost, contact Cytrozine Solutions, and we’ll give you a free solution!

How do employees conduct themselves when talking to customers?

Cy.Sol. Employees are expected to uphold politeness and kindness when conducting business with customers. We show you respect, regardless of your demeanor. While employees are allowed to defend themselves against lethal force, criminal activities, harassment, and things of the sort, you will never get service from us without a smile and blessing towards you!

What if they don’t conduct themselves properly?

If you can show video proof, or visual proof of chat logs that an employee wasn’t properly conducting themself with a customer such as insulting, swearing, being rude, or even hostile, then that employee will be punished accordingly! We are a no tolerance company, meaning we demand proper behavior from our employees. They are to always be kind, and never deny requests with discrimination! We cater to everyone! However, we DO NOT cater to any form of criminal activity! We do offer lethal force protection to our patrons, but only within lawful rights!

How do you become an employee?

Contact any current employee in Cy.Sol. and they will direct you to our discord onboarding process! It’s super easy, and free! While we do require all employees to be the age of 18+, we will NEVER ask for your personal (IRL) ID, or any form of documentation. We may ask your real life date of birth, as well as other questions to gauge just what age you are. The application process is very simple, and will ask your SC Name, real DoB and age, as well as some questions about why you want to join this company. We take our applications seriously, not just anyone will get in, because we want only the right people in this company!

How would you deal with Corruption?

While the chances of any corruption ever creeping into this company are nill, corruption will be dealt with swiftly. If any employee, no matter what their status is, is caught showing signs of corruption, whether that’s encouraging employees to not follow company polices, showing signs of hostility out in the field, attempting any form of sabotage, and so on, will be immediately fired and bared from returning to the company. While they will retain access to company services, they will NOT be able to rejoin the company. These are massive decisions, to permanently ban someone from working with us, because we do want to work with everyone as best as possible. Because of this, this decision will be ONLY be decided, every single time, by Zephyr Brewster, the Cy.Sol. CEO.

CY.SOL. EMPLOYEE STANDARDS

All employees will communicate with customers with patience, professionalism, and most importantly, respect at all times.

All employees are expected to conduct themselves with dignity both on and off duty while representing Cytrozine Solutions.

No employee will ever deny a service request or contract due to race, sex, age, nationality, religion, wealth, occupation, social standing, disability, or personal circumstance.

Every customer is to be treated with equal respect regardless of demeanor, background, or financial status.

Employees are expected to remain calm and professional during stressful, hostile, or dangerous situations.

Employees will never engage in harassment, intimidation, threats, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward customers or fellow employees.

Employees are expected to provide accurate information, honest communication, and transparent service pricing at all times.

Employees shall prioritize civilian safety and customer wellbeing whenever reasonably possible.

Employees are expected to de-escalate conflict before resorting to force whenever possible.

Employees retain the right to self-defense, but in accordance to the standard above, they are to de-escalate when possible before applying lethal force to protect themselves and nearby citizens.

Employees operating under Cytrozine Solutions are expected to uphold all applicable laws, regulations, and lawful authority.

Cytrozine Solutions maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward criminal activity, corruption, exploitation, piracy, trafficking, or unlawful conduct.

Employees are prohibited from using company resources, vehicles, or equipment for unauthorized criminal purposes.

Employees are expected to protect customer confidentiality, privacy, and sensitive operational information whenever applicable.

Employees are required to maintain operational readiness and ensure their equipment, vehicles, and uniforms remain clean, functional, and professional.

Employees are expected to respond to emergency rescue, recovery, and refueling situations with urgency and professionalism when on call/duty, and to never request compensation for those services.

Employees are expected to represent Cytrozine Solutions as a symbol of reliability, safety, luxury, and trust throughout Stanton and its neighboring systems.

Employees may refuse service only if the request involves illegal activity, threats to civilian safety, piracy, terrorism, trafficking, or violations of company policy.

Employees are expected to assist fellow team members whenever operationally possible to ensure efficient and successful service delivery.

Employees will not abuse authority, rank, equipment access, or customer trust for personal gain.

Employees are expected to maintain composure and professionalism in all public communications, including voice, text, and digital interactions.

Any employee found falsifying contracts, misusing funds, scamming customers, or damaging the reputation of Cytrozine Solutions will face immediate disciplinary action.

Cytrozine Solutions employees are expected to embody the principles of service, integrity, protection, and excellence in all operations.

Our mission is not simply to provide services, but to improve the quality of life, safety, and prosperity of the citizens we serve.
