though times have changed the laws of chivalry continue to fuel fantasies on the minds of humanity the shining armor and gallant knights swooping in to save the day we at the knights of the dawn work to revive these old ethics and build a better tomorrow
History
the knights rose from the ashes of an old empire that collapsed when piracy turned to the government repeated attacks caused the government to write the dawn initiative giving pilots the right to hunt and destroy pirate craft but over time these pilots became restless turning on the very government that hired them only the most elite pilots decided to remain and defend the government and in a final battle were dubbed the knights of the dawn the modern knights of the dawn are guardians to the people and take jobs if they benefit the community while freelancing against pirates
Manifesto
the knights of the dawn represent the free will of the galaxy we defend the peace and prosperity of the universe as we know it our main goal is to provide protection to others and bring down pirate crime rings

the knights stand by the virtues of old
To serve the liege lord in valour and faith
To protect the weak and defenceless
To give succour to widows and orphans
To refrain from the wanton giving of offence
To live by honour and for glory
To despise pecuniary reward
To fight for the welfare of all
To obey those placed in authority
To guard the honour of fellow knights
To eschew unfairness, meanness and deceit
At all times to speak the truth
To persevere to the end in any enterprise begun
To respect the honour of women
Never to refuse a challenge from an equal
Never to turn the back upon a foe
these laws as old as time itself bind us together and ensure our ultimate success.
