THE DEAD SYNDICATE
“You can’t kill what’s already DEAD.”
We’re the interdiction that comes too late — pirates who take what floats, share the haul, and never leave a brother drifting. A coordinated wolfpack in the lawless dark. Fly with us, or fly from us.

History

THE HISTORY OF THE DEAD SYNDICATE
“You can’t kill what’s already DEAD.”
The Syndicate didn’t start as an empire. It started as a handful of pilots who’d been burned — by employers who didn’t pay, by orgs that treated members like cannon fodder, by a ‘verse that only ever took. So they walked away from all of it and made a pact in a dive bar somewhere on the edge of civilized space: no more flying for other people’s profit. From now on, they’d fly for each other.
They called themselves the DEAD — because the law had already written them off, and men with nothing left to lose are the most dangerous kind. The name stuck. The reputation grew. What began as a few ships hitting soft targets became a coordinated force that convoys learned to fear and security forces learned to respect from a distance.
But the Syndicate was never really about the haul. Ask any member what keeps them coming back and they won’t tell you about the UEC. They’ll tell you about the crew that had their back when their ship was venting atmosphere. The voice comms that never go quiet. The stupid, brilliant plans hatched over a drink that somehow actually worked. The brothers and sisters who showed up, every night, to fly into the dark together.
The dead don’t fear the law. The dead don’t fly alone. And the dead don’t forget the ones who ride with them.
We built this from nothing. And nothing can take it down.
You can’t kill what’s already DEAD.

Manifesto

THE DEAD SYNDICATE MANIFESTO
“You can’t kill what’s already DEAD.”
We believe the ‘verse takes more than it gives. It rewards the corporations, the fleets with numbers, the ones who already have everything. We reject that. We answer to no flag, no employer, and no law written by people who’ve never bled in the black.
What we stand for:
We stand for the crew. Every pilot who flies under the DEAD banner is family — not a number, not cannon fodder. When one of us is drifting, all of us turn back. No brother left in the dark. Ever.
We stand for the haul, shared fair. We take what floats and what’s poorly defended, and what we earn together, we split together. Greed divides orgs. Loyalty builds empires.
We stand for the fight on our terms. We choose when, where, and how we strike. We are the interdiction that comes too late, the wolfpack that hits and vanishes. We don’t pick fair fights — we pick winning ones.
We stand for the good time. We fly hard, we drink harder, and the comms never go quiet. This isn’t a job. It’s the best crew in the ‘verse doing what it loves, together.
What we intend:
To carve out our own corner of the black. To make our name one that convoys whisper and rivals respect. To grow strong without losing what made us — the people. And to remind the ‘verse, every single day, that the dead don’t kneel, the dead don’t scatter, and the dead don’t die twice.
The law wrote us off. That was their mistake.
You can’t kill what’s already DEAD.

Charter

THE DEAD SYNDICATE CHARTER
“You can’t kill what’s already DEAD.”
Every member who flies under the DEAD banner agrees to the Code. Break it, and you don’t fly with us. It’s that simple.
I. The Crew Comes First
No brother left drifting. If a member calls for backup, you answer. We don’t abandon our own for a better payday or an easier out. The Syndicate lives and dies together.
II. Loyalty Is Everything
No spying, no leaking ops, no selling out the crew. What’s said in comms stays in comms. Betrayal is the only thing the DEAD don’t forgive.
III. Share the Haul
Loot earned as a group is split as a group. No ghosting the crew after a big score, no pocketing what belongs to everyone. Greed gets you grounded.
IV. Respect the Ranks
Follow the call during ops. When a fleet lead or ops commander gives the word, you move. Debate it after the fight, not during it. Coordination is what makes us deadly.
V. Represent the Banner
Fly the DEAD colors with pride. How you act reflects on all of us. No pointless drama, no toxicity toward the crew, no bringing heat down on the org through stupidity.
VI. Have Each Other’s Backs — On and Off the Field
This is a community, not just an org. Treat your crewmates with respect. We fight hard, we drink harder, and we look out for the person behind the ship.
VII. Show Up
We don’t demand your life, but the dead don’t fly alone. Jump in comms, join the ops, be part of the crew. Dead weight sinks the ship.
Violations are handled by the leadership. Minor slips get a warning. Betrayal, toxicity, or repeated dead weight get you cut loose. The DEAD protect their own — but only their own.
You can’t kill what’s already DEAD.
