History

QICS United (the precursor to the DILCS) was founded in the Cathcart system, deep in the Labyrinth of Spider in 2933. On board the hanger of a derelict UEE destroyer, CMDR-Meamarker (himself a retired military fighter pilot) formally established a forum for several separate and legitimate business enterprises to organize and coordinate protective details for each other and establish a repertoire with other legal minded individuals in that lawless system.

The organization has evolved in the last 14 years into a multi-occupational business covering several commercial occupations with many young pilots and crewmen cycling through the ranks on their way to other occupations and systems.

Currently based in the Terra System on Terra, DILCS maintains several divisional outposts around UEE controlled space, the most notable being their old headquarters on Spider in the Cathcart System.

DILCS is a mainline organization, well adjusted and able to accomplish any task within the legal limits of the UEE. Our commercial departmental specialties are:

- Transportation
- Interstellar Long Range Reconnaissance
