History
Born out of necessity rather than ambition, DWX began as an independent freight solution for clients needing delivery into volatile or neglected sectors, places the larger corps wouldn’t risk.
The name Deadweight was originally a comms call sign, referencing both the founder’s stubborn refusal to abandon difficult payloads and the rougher, grittier nature of his early operations. With a modified Hull A, a short list of trusted contacts, and no corporate safety net, the pilot built DWX on consistency, speed, and zero-bullshit delivery standards.
Over the next few years, the name earned quiet respect among fringe colonials, outpost brokers, and even low-tier militia commandants. Not because it was big but because it showed up. On time. Every time.
Now incorporated, DWX remains a one-ship outfit with scalable infrastructure, operating from deep-space hubs to UEE-friendly ports.

I. Purpose
Deadweight Logistics Inc. exists to provide reliable, agile, and independent logistical support across both regulated and unregulated sectors of known space. DLOG specializes in hauling, contract fulfillment, and high-value material transport, with zero tolerance for mission failure.
II. Code of Conduct
Uphold delivery integrity above all else.
Maintain operational discretion unless contractually waived.
Accept contracts based on strategic value, not affiliation.
Engage with respect, defend with precision.
Avoid entanglements that compromise the mission.
III. Organizational Structure
Founder & Operator: DLOG is currently a sole-proprietorship with modular operational protocols to support growth into multi-agent deployments.

Staging Nodes: Mobile, with transient anchor points in low-traffic systems.
IV. Engagement Policy
DLOG accepts lawful and fringe-legal work, with clear scope.
No participation in human trafficking, biological weapons transport, or political destabilization efforts.
Escort, retrieval, salvage, and emergency logistics are secondary services, approved case-by-case.
V. Expansion Clause
Should DLOG scale beyond its solo operator roots, all agents must agree to:
