History
The origins of the Draconian Empire are not recorded in a single moment, but forged over time by those who chose unity over isolation and purpose over complacency.
Born from pioneers, veterans, and civilians alike, the Empire emerged as a response to the growing dangers and opportunities of the Verse. Where others saw chaos, the Draconians saw potential — unclaimed space, untapped resources, and the need for a community strong enough to endure what lay beyond the safety of established systems.
Rather than existing solely as a military force or commercial entity, the Draconian Empire was founded as a self-sustaining society. Exploration, industry, science, trade, and defence were bound together under a single banner, ensuring no citizen stood alone and no role was without value.
As the Empire expanded, so too did its reputation: disciplined yet pragmatic, honour-bound but unafraid to act decisively when threatened. Friends are welcomed with respect; enemies are met with resolve. Survival has never been about cruelty — only about strength, preparation, and unity.
Much of our deeper history remains known only to those who earn the title of Draconian Citizen. Not out of secrecy, but because the Empire believes history is not merely told — it is lived.
And our story is still being written.
Manifesto
The Draconian Empire exists to create opportunity, stability, and purpose in an unpredictable Verse.
We believe that strength is not measured solely by firepower, but by preparation, cooperation, and the ability to adapt. Every citizen — whether explorer, industrialist, scientist, trader, or soldier — contributes to the survival and growth of the whole.
The Empire values unity without uniformity. Individual ambition is encouraged, personal freedom is respected, and playstyles are never forced. What binds us together is mutual support, shared goals, and the understanding that no one thrives alone for long.
We seek the unknown. Exploration, expansion, and innovation drive us forward, not conquest for its own sake. When we establish a presence, it is to secure stability, resources, and future opportunity for our citizens.
Conflict is neither sought nor feared. We pursue diplomacy where possible, but when the Empire or its people are threatened, we respond with coordination, discipline, and resolve. Defence is a responsibility shared by all who benefit from our protection.
Above all, the Draconian Empire stands for respect, integrity, and reliability. Our word matters. Our citizens matter. What we build together matters.
This is not a short-term alliance.
This is an Empire built to endure.
Charter
By flying under the banner of the Draconian Empire, every citizen agrees to uphold the values that allow the Empire — and its people — to endure.
Respect is foundational.
All citizens are expected to treat one another with professionalism, fairness, and mutual respect. Differences in opinion or playstyle are natural; hostility and harassment are not tolerated.
Unity is our strength.
The Empire thrives through cooperation. Citizens are encouraged to support one another in operations, industry, learning, and defence whenever possible. No role is insignificant, and no citizen stands alone by default.
Purpose without obligation.
Participation is encouraged, never forced. Members are free to pursue their preferred careers and playstyles while contributing to shared goals when they choose. Real life always comes first.
Discipline in conflict.
The Empire does not seek unnecessary conflict. When hostilities arise, citizens are expected to act with coordination, restraint, and respect for allies and non-combatants. We fight to protect, not to provoke.
Representation matters.
Every citizen represents the Empire — in game, on Spectrum, and in public spaces. Conduct should reflect integrity, maturity, and pride in the banner we share.
Integrity above all.
Honesty, reliability, and accountability define a Draconian Citizen. Our word is our bond, and trust is the Empire’s most valuable resource.
This Charter is not a list of restrictions, but a shared understanding — the foundation upon which the Draconian Empire is built.
